We are happy to offer a private one bedroom apartment opposite the Point Lonsdale Front beach. Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets. Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

A beautiful, perfectly situated getaway for one or two couples. Situated in the busy heart of Barwon Heads village, and a short stroll to the beautiful Barwon River beach. Stroll across the iconic Barwon River Bridge to access the stunning beaches of the Surf Coast; miles of walking, swimming and surfing... PLEASE NOTE: our apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE or anyone with mobility issues because it is accessed by a relatively steep internal staircase.

Spacious, self contained 2 bedroom house with two secure outdoor garden/dining areas, full size kitchen and open dining and living area. All linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

Raffs Beach House offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of old Barwon Heads. Centrally located, within minutes stroll to all beautiful Barwon Heads has to offer; cafe's, bars, shops, golf club, parks, river and surf beaches. Our beach house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom . The back deck and secure large backyard is an ideal spot for enjoying a sunny afternoon with family and friends.

Beautifully renovated heritage building by the sea

Nestled between the Main Street and Queenscliff’s beautiful beaches lies Navestock. Over 100 years old Navestock was once a woodwork shed that has been recently renovated. Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. If you’re after coastal luxury in the heart of historic Queenscliff Navestock is the place for you.

Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .
