The property was cozy and clean. Plenty of amenities. Nice little back yard with a fire pit right on the lake. Very serene. The hot tub was great. We had a family party of 8, plus a dog, and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would stay again!

Kari's communication was great - she got back to us very quickly when we had questions. The airbnb and wheel chair accessible and had no problem navigating the home. We were impressed by the kitchen items that were available to us - no need to run out and get spices for our meals! The grill was clean and easy to use.

Amazing gem of an AirBNB! We went for a ladies weekend and we all were extremely impressed! The location was peaceful and had a great view of the lake. There is a nice fire pit and a good amount of yard space. A great place for a weekend with family - including kids and dogs. The inside of the property was spotless and wonderfully comfortable. Very thoughtful touches abounded throughout the home -The bathrooms had lots of towels; towels stacked right inside the door from the hot tub; extra blankets; ceiling fans; a small welcome basket with s'more supplies; and even a massage chair! The kitchen had a lot of amenities that many AirBNBs don't have (instant pot; popcorn maker; tin foil; oil) and the vacuum and cleaning supplies made kitchen clean up easy. Last but not least - the host Joshua was friendly and responsive and provided easy information for check out/check in! 5 star property - we plan to come back!

Deanna was a great host, lots of clear instructions/directions. We also really appreciated that she was flexible with the check-in/out times! The house is a great place for a large group of family or friends to get together. Lots of bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone to have their own area, but with a large, cozy great room for everyone to be together. Kitchen had everything we needed for a family Christmas - good sized oven and stovetop, Microwave and two full size refrigerator/freezers. The view over the lake is pretty, especially when it freezes over.

We were initially considering sharing the space with friends who were coming to town for the same event. While the listing says the house sleeps six, it wasn’t entirely clear what the sleeping arrangements would be, so we reached out to the hosts for clarification. They were responsive and helpful, and we learned that in order to accommodate six people, some would need to share beds, use a futon, or sleep in a bunk bed—all of which could work well for a family or a group comfortable with close quarters. There’s also just one bathroom, which was something to keep in mind for a larger group. In the end, we decided not to add extra guests, but the space was otherwise exactly what we needed. It’s a great spot, especially for a family looking to enjoy the lake and spend time together at the house.

I loved the amount of space, bathrooms and amenities. We did find some garbage under the couch in the basement and had an issue with some ants but since the house had just been treated and the host gave credit back for inconvenience I felt that it’s a place we would come back to. Overall, our family really had a great time.

We stayed at Lake Front @ Pine Lake w/ Kayaks & Paddle Boat from April 15–19, 2025, and had such a great time! The house was super clean, spacious, and had an amazing view of the lake. There was plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and enjoy the scenery. Check-in was super easy, which made everything start off on the right foot. My son loved all the snacks they left for us and had a blast with the board games and other fun games they had available. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking really convenient. They also provided plenty of towels, covers, and pillows — we felt really comfortable and well taken care of. We didn’t get to use the kayaks or paddle boat this time, but we’d love to come back when it’s warmer and enjoy them then! Overall, it was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return!

The home was beautiful and cozy and the views were stunning. We were seeking a quiet few days on a lake and I couldn't have asked for a more memorable and peaceful stay. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay here as we came to see family and this was a great meeting hub. Loved the woodsy and rustic feel of the place and we saw some deer grazing near the property. The kitchen was well supplied and we even had a few food items to get us started. The place was clean and they also had menus from nearby restaurants.

A serene getaway….if that’s what you’re looking for this is the place for you. You can fish, kayak, take a walk, sit by a fire pit in the evening or just sit on the deck and enjoy a beautiful view. Not to mention how beautiful the home is and the nice surprises that came with it upon arrival ❤️ Definitely want to stay again!

Jacob's place was spotless and right on the water. It worked perfectly for a guys ice fishing weekend. Jacob was very responsive and the house was exactly as described. Will be looking forward to booking this house many years to come for an annual tradition.

We were looking for a short get-a-way not too far from home to relax and enjoy a hot tub with nice scenery. That’s exactly what we got! This time of year the location was very private and quiet. Host was excellent with communication. Place was nicely decorated and very new and clean. We never used the smaller building but it would be nice for a family or a bigger group.

I am grateful the beds were comfortable here! Plenty of supplies, full kitchen and pantry items, everything you could need. The hot tub was wonderful in the cold evenings. We felt safe in the location of this property. We’d love to return in the summer when the pool is open. Overall great stay! *One small thing to note: the ladder to one of the bunk beds was broken, so top bunk wasn’t really accessible.

Great place for a quick trip! Very chill vibes, great separation from the main house, felt very private. We stayed for a wedding in GR and it was perfect! Sauna is so worth it! Would have loved to see it in the summer with the pool open! Missed there was no TV in the description but brought a projector as I do on every airbnb trip! Did two puzzles while we enjoyed our peaceful stay!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

We rented this place to meet up with friends for my partner's 50th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Joshua clearly has lots of interests, as there was anything and everything there in terms of things to do. The kitchen was superb and super well-stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The pool table was great. The yard was nice and spacious and felt private, and the wifi was speedy. The beds were comfortable (and I loved the pillows - rare for me.) Overall, we had a great time!
