Debbie’s place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. We came to Lake Geneva to bring in the New Year with two other couples and it was a Perfect getaway! We cooked a feast on Jan. 1 and were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen. This place is great, highly recommend!

Tibi's vacation home is fantastic, new, clean, modern, and packed with amenities and fun things to do! Our group of friends took full advantage of the house's features: hours spent on the pickleball court, nightly enjoyment of the hot tub and fire pit, explored the lake on the kayaks/paddleboards, cooking several meals a day in the well appointed kitchen and outdoor flattop grill. As this is almost a brand new house, every surface is clean and fresh, the beds/linens/towels are all in fantastic shape. Tibi was excellent to work with, communication was quick and thorough, easy to follow instructions. Lots of thoughtful touches are included: cooking basics (salt/pepper/spices, oil), board games upstairs & downstairs, bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body soap/lotion/q-tips/etc., tons of fire wood and fire starters, and more. We would very happily rent from Tibi again!!

This is a very quaint place. If you like being within nature but still extremely close to some local places to eat and drink, this is for you. It was a girl’s weekend. Enough room for 3, comfortably.

WOW ! Deer Run Lodge, what a Gem! The Hosts; Miriam & Kenneth really thought of everything when creating this space! The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. Everything was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and well kept. A perfect mix of cozy to modern- you’ll feel right at home the moment you walk in the door! I wish I took a few minutes at arrival to check out the House rules booklet. Even Though the hosts were incredibly responsive, there is an explanation or “how to” QR code for just about everything right at your fingertips! The exterior of the home is equally equipped and well kept! The HotTub was set up and ready for use upon arrival! Whether your visiting Deer Run Lodge in the winter, spring or summer this property has just about anything you’ll want or need to enjoy your stay!! Thank you Miriam & Kenneth for helping me make my daughter’s birthday one she’ll never forget!

This was the cabin of our dreams! My friends and I came here for a girls weekend and fell in love! The owners provided firewood for us and left detailed instructions about all parts of the property. The pictures don’t do this place justice - such a beautiful area and cozily decorated cabin! 10/10 would love to come back!

This was such a beautiful space. We felt very at peace and enjoyed all the space had to offer. Vincent was very responsive and helpful with instructions. Absolutely coming back again soon!

Absolutely loved staying at Sylvia's! The camper is very conveniently located within the park - close to all the amenities and activities! Easy to access, beautiful grounds and a very peaceful stay for my family and I.

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Our place was suprisingly spatious & had everything we could’ve possibly needed.

Beautiful place to camp with the kids. I loved how friendly the staff and other campers were. It was so nice to be able to see the park, jump pad and activities from the porch of our cabin. An amazing way to camp with kids and have peace and tranquility close to home.

The perfect weekend getaway spot where you can bring your pets!! Great location - short walk to the lake, water front restaurants nearby and quick car ride to downtown. Jim was very responsive. We will definitely be back :)

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place we could stay where we could leave our dog crates during the day. We got upgraded to a bigger cabin since they had space. It was perfect! Thank you for the stay!

We recently stayed at the KOA Campground Northwest Chicago as a traveling family of three (plus a small dog), and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Sylvia and her wonderful staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. The campground itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the picnic areas and the calm, family-friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We cherished every minute of our time here and are already looking forward to coming back. This was a great cozy getaway for the holidays. With only a few cabins in the hideaway it was very peaceful. The lake view was serene! The cabin was the perfect quaint size, the bed was comfy, the area was quiet, very peaceful. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would rent here again.

Super comfy beds. Gorgeous surroundings. Cathy communicated right away to answer my questions. This is a great place for groups. My husband and I go to bed earlier than our adult children so they were able to hang out in the basement and not keep us awake. Lots of games and just such a beautiful place to relax!

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay on Fox Lake you’ve found the place…Andy has a beautiful home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving Weekend away from the City, especially with the fireplace and windows overlooking the water. a perfect cozy spot for the Holiday.

Tim & Robin's place was wonderful! The cottage (#1) was exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Tim & Robin live on-site and we were greeted upon arrival. Through the weekend we had several passing conversations that were very pleasant. They had lots of solid recommendations and made sure we were comfortable. The property itself was simply dreamy! There was a nice beach area as well as an elevated deck overlooking the lake. We would definitely recommend renting here and plan on returning at some point in the future.

This was a wonderful spot for a family weekend getaway! Lots of steps, but it was worth it for the incredible views! Our family loved lounging on the dock and playing on the paddle boards. Clean and cozy. We had a great time!

I stayed in the cottage for a month, and it was comfortable and the community had everything I needed.

This place is truly a hidden gem, and I’m glad I came across it! From the onset hosts Tim & Robin were very responsive + friendly. The listing photos match the cabin truly was a lakeside escape that I needed, it met all my needs and then some! The only slightly downside I noticed was, and it’s a natural occurrence than can be treated was the sulfur smelling water - only mostly noticeable during the shower, maybe my sensitive nose. Everything else was a A+ rating! The deck was amazing and blew me away - I made it a mission to wake up at sunrise and have coffee on the dock that overlooks the lake. They have many open great spaces, seating, plenty of photo op moments, comfy bed. I actually was happy to meet and greet Tim + Robin - both were friendly and gave helpful area recommendations (Stade’s Farm!). They have created a nice lake escape and one I will make efforts to return in the future! Fall or summer this place has lots to offer, and very peaceful but also near attractions.
