Great place! The house has great amenities and is just a 15 minutes from the Mammoth Cave National Park vistor's center. We would stay here again.

Great Location to everything in the area. Quiet street with no traffic. Our family had a great time and it was a great value.

Exactly what we were looking for - peaceful and out of the way, but close enough to towns and hiking trails that it didn't feel like a burden to drive to wherever we needed to go. Michelle was a great host, responsive to any questions, and checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the little touches in the house, like toiletries we may have forgotten in the bathroom and condiments in the fridge. The house itself was well-maintained and well-stocked with everything we needed for the week, especially considering that we planned on eating in for most meals. We would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for some place quiet but convenient to Mammoth Cave National Park.

We were very happy with the house and the hosts. Prompt and gracious responses. Location is great. Short drive one way to the attractions like the zoos and dinosaur world. And short drive the other way to mammoth cave park. We would definitely stay here again!

This was just a magical little place. My husband and I and our two teens all loved it. We only stayed two nights but spent them both by the outdoor fireplace, and I spent the mornings reading on the porch swings. We loved the pond with its bullfrogs and teeny tadpoles. The house is charmingly decorated and landscaped, and there are lots of thoughtful touches, like park maps, area guides, and bug spray (which we didn’t need in mid-April but I’m sure will be helpful later in the year). The bed linens were nice and bath towels were super soft and fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is very close to the entrance to Mammoth Cave National Park - I think it took us about 10-15 minutes to reach the Visitors Center. We will absolutely stay again if we’re in the area!!

My employees loved this house. They said it was peaceful and secluded, they loved seeing the deer. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The owner made checking in for them easy and she is very responsive and really is a great host.

We have stayed at a couple of Wayne's properties over the last year or so and have always had a great experience. Wayne is an excellent host and always available and accommodating. My wife and I frequently stay in the Bowling Green downtown area while we visit our son who attends WKU and plays on the baseball team. We are able to work remotely which allows us to stay a little longer so finding the right Air B&B that provides a good working environment is important and Wayne always comes through. The location could not be any better (in our opinion) since we like to walk to the nearby restaurants and Fountain Square Park. It is also an easy walk to campus with a little more walking exercise to get to the ball field. Would highly recommend this Air B&B

5-STARS! Absolutely perfect. Brand new. Clean. Minimalist. Organized. Perfect location, country and mountainous, but close to where we need to go. Every single possible amenity you would need. Great Internet. Great television. The most comfortable beds ever. Tons of room. The best place we have stayed anywhere in Kentucky highly recommend. It’s everything in the pictures and some. Barbecue grill outside. Vineyard. Birds chirping in the morning. The best. Great communication with the house. Very trustworthy. This is the spot when you’re staying in this area.

Nice small house on the Main Street in Cave City, we were comfortable and the location made it a nice jumping off point for visiting the park. The pizza place across the street was good, Ace Coffee three doors down is great. We were not there for a show, but Ace has a stage outside as well. Two good roomy walk in showers.

Nice cabin with a pretty view out into the woods. Fun and cozy place. Nice porch and picnic area.

Trish was really friendly and she made sure I had several ways to contact her. She provides a lot of convenient starters like paper towels and plates and coffee, not just little samples like most places. The lake is beautiful and the fire pit was really comfy and the kids loved the s’mores. The blankets were really soft and the shower is really good! Thank you and I will happily stay with Trish again!!!!

It was hard to find through no fault of the owners. GPS took us 40 minutes the wrong way.

Beautiful home. We felt right at home during our stay while we had to evacuate our own home due to flooding.

Had a belated Christmas gathering of family members that we were unable to connect with during the holidays. This was a great place that was basically equal distance for all parties. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

I stayed with my family at the cabin for a short getaway to Mammoth Cave. The house was clean, well furnished, and had plenty of room for my family of 5. My teenaged daughters especially loved the coffee options, with the different K-cup flavors, syrups, creamers to experiment with.

Had a wonderful time in the short while we stayed. We had issues with road closures due to flooding, but after a brief phone call. She was able to reroute us. She met us at check in, and walked us through on how to operate the propane heaters. The next morning, her daughter helped us with the horses. She walked us up the hill, helped us control a few of the pushy horses. We plan to book an entire weekend here. Great hosts, one of the best bnbs I’ve stayed at.

We enjoyed a family vacation with four adults and four kids aged 6-9. Pros- clean beautiful home and property. We all enjoyed the hot tub, and the swings around the fire pit. The house was private and spacious. Everyone loved the game room. It was about a 30 min drive to mammoth caves, which we went to most days to see caves and hike. After our outings we enjoyed a lot of time at the house playing board games and hot tubbing. Cons- my husband had to do some figuring out to get the hot tub to heat properly the first night. The outdoor furniture was a little lacking, it would have been nice to have a patio table for dining/playing games. Considerations- not exactly pros or cons but things I would want to know ahead of time- the area is very rural, which was peaceful and what we were looking for, but a drive to a lot of attractions. The house is on a large hill that I wouldn’t like for toddler aged kids. There isn’t really lake access at the house, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

The house has a spectacular view of the Barren River Lake! It was perfect for our whole family including the granddaughters! Since we had so much terrible weather, we were thankful for the hot tub and fun game room. We enjoyed our annual family vacation at the CozyCabin. Thank you Jean & Wayne

We really enjoyed our stay at Phillip’s place. We spent the first few days of the kiddos spring break here and visiting Mammoth Cave National Park. Mammoth Cave is about 40-50 minutes away but a really easy drive. It was nice to be away from things in such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The lake house was very nice, super well taken care of, and clean. Phillip was also proactive and responsive. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a serene getaway. Hot tub and game room were great bonuses too!

Had a wonderful stay and would be happy to stay here again. We loved the location! It’s so quiet and peaceful and we loved hearing the neighbors animals. Plus it’s not far away from the highway and about half way between Bowling Green and Mammoth Cave. The only challenge we had was initially getting there our gps had the location tagged before we actually got to the house. The address number was on the fence for the house but it was a bit hard to see and we missed it.
