this was an excellent Airbnb experience. this property certainly deserves five stars. It is a clean, easily accessible property in a very safe and walkable neighborhood. in addition to that, the apartment has every possible amenity. I would highly recommend this place to someone else.

What I liked: The apartment has good amenities such as a good air conditioning system, giant televisions with good programming, a luxurious refrigerator, and super comfortable beds. The balcony has a very nice view and a shopping mall is very close by. What I didn't like: Communication with the host was not so good. When I made the reservation I asked him to send me photos of the pool since the ad says that the apartment has a pool but it has no photos. She never sent them to me. Also, he left me talking to myself when I asked for his number to communicate better about the guest issue. The pool is almost always closed, the hours are not good. And in the kitchen I saw several cockroaches.

Neal was amazing, even offered to have sheets replaced during the week. Place is amazing as well, very close to a lot of things. I was close to lots of places I just walked at times. Will definitely come back here

A very good place, clean and cozy with easy access (smart lock with key). The location is very central and close to supermarkets to buy food and half a block from Barranquilla Cathedral. The complex has good common areas, with everything you need to go and spend a few days relaxing or working. Good security in the complex and with parking included as well. Jhon Freddy is very kind, he answers any questions very quickly and we received his timely help at all times. An excellent host. Highly recommended!!

Optimal attention from the host, the location in a quiet area. The only detail is that the complex does not have enough parking spaces. In general, a place that offers the basic necessities to have a good rest.

I was very satisfied with the apartment. Jorge is a very helpful host. Despite being a last-minute reservation, the apartment was very clean and tidy. It is also very well located as it is close to malls, gym, among others. The apartment was well equipped, and the space in general was very comfortable.

Great stay they are trustworthy

The apartment is very nice with an excellent view and location, the proximity to restaurants, bars and supermarkets makes it very convenient. The area is quite safe. I got around the city with the help of Mr. Ivan, who is very respectful, responsible and honest. When I return to Barranquilla I will not hesitate to make this apartment my first choice, I am very grateful.

Luis is a great host, always helpful. We stayed in his apartment for the Carnival. The location is good . Safe area to walk at night. Nothing bad to say about him or his bnb.

It was a short stay but I felt at home, 100% recommended, I hope I can stay there whenever I'm in Barranquilla.

My family love the place. it is very cozy and comfortable. the location is perfect to go up town or downtown. I felt very safe, since there's security at the entrance 24/7 and they are very polite and helpful. neighbors always willing to help. they even had a public event at the parking lot and there's plenty to do around the city. I definitely will come back and stay here.
