The house is very nice and comfortable, with more benefits than those published, such as air conditioning in common areas.

The place is very spacious, just like the photos. Bonito para passato and close to food squares and mall. We really liked it and they were very nice :). Thank you!

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

Excellent hostess is always attentive to everything one needs. I felt at home the location super close to the best center. Comercial mall IBuenavista the house in excellent condition very clean and fresh at all times they advised me on everything to enjoy the city I would definitely stay again the photos are identical to the one of the house and I felt comfortable as a family is the best place where I have stayed in Colombia very sure I will come back a lot thanks to beautiful and her mom are excellent people

I guess the standards will depend on where you live and what’s your lifestyle is. You have to take an account. You’re in a country that a lot of people don’t have necessities like we have here in the US. I found the house to be very nice. Yes, it’s very old. I guess in a historic districtthey could use better conditions around the pool. The house has a lot of room so you don’t feel uncomfortable with other guests there air conditioner works great everyone they’re very friendly.

The place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The host was very attentive, clear, and quick in responding to all my questions. Highly recommended.

What an immaculate modern jewel in Barranquilla’s best and most secure area of RioMar. Gilma is a total gem and keeps the place pristine and immaculate and also shows great kindness. Our multi generational group of 6 was incredibly comfortable and enjoyed all of the modern amenities. Andres was indeed a Super Host in all ways! Mil gracias!

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little apartment in a local neighborhood of Barranquilla! It was the perfect spot to experience the city like a local—quiet, safe, and full of authentic charm. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including good Wi-Fi, AC, and a well-equipped kitchen.

A very good place, clean and cozy with easy access (smart lock with key). The location is very central and close to supermarkets to buy food and half a block from Barranquilla Cathedral. The complex has good common areas, with everything you need to go and spend a few days relaxing or working. Good security in the complex and with parking included as well. Jhon Freddy is very kind, he answers any questions very quickly and we received his timely help at all times. An excellent host. Highly recommended!!

This is the third time I have stayed here; it's so convenient for me. The location is fantastic, and the apartment is fabulous. Ana is an Amazing host.

Amazing and beautiful place. Jhony responded all questions and concerns. The elevator doesn’t work for 2 days, the TV upstairs wasn’t working and the drain in guest bathroom was clogged. All minor issue that did not take away from such a great experience.:)

Luis is a great host, always helpful. We stayed in his apartment for the Carnival. The location is good . Safe area to walk at night. Nothing bad to say about him or his bnb.

The location is quite good, there are several shopping centers in the north of the city. Close to the monuments of Shakira, the pier and the window. Quiet neighborhood, the main room is the only one that has air conditioning, two spacious bathrooms. The common areas of the building are good, it has good pools.

This apartment is a good value. nice safe apartment complex. lots of other residents with dogs, a few (friendly) stray cats around. you need to have a Rappi account to stay in this neighborhood. Maria was great, always responsive. she had the apartment cleaned once a week.

Excellent apartment, strategically located, close to malls, restaurants, and parks. The apartment is very cozy that felt like being at home. Heriberto was a great host always attentive to every detail. I'd stay here again.
