This is our second visit to the apartment. And again, our stay was excellent, we felt right at home when we arrived. The apartment was in impeccable condition: everything was very clean, organized and with a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen and rooms were perfectly clean, and the sheets were clean. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including private parking within the co-ownership. The building staff was always very kind and willing to collaborate. The hosts were also very attentive and hospitable. Definitely, highly recommended. It's our second time visiting it and it's likely that if we return to Barranquilla, we'll stay there.

Excellent location in a safe area with good shopping and many restaurants around. The apartment is clean and well maintained with everything you need. Martha was very kind with useful information and when we asked, she even offered us a late check-out. Thank you very much for everything!

Mrs. Nelly's apartment is just like the photos and the description, it has everything you need to have a super pleasant stay, very well lit and with very functional air conditioning. Communication with Mr. Harold was assertive and he was always willing and attentive to any concerns and news. I definitely recommend it and would choose it again in the future

We felt at home. Very comfortable, clean, and organized. The apartment is well located, close to the attractions. He was very kind, we asked him about the possibility of leaving an hour later to enjoy the pool and he agreed to our request. We had a small incident with one of the decorative flowerpots. We informed him to replace it and he fixed it right away. He sent us the purchase invoice and we transferred the amount. He was always attentive to our arrival, stay and departure.

Jorge was a great host, always there to assist. The apartment is nice and clean, has all that you need. Great place for 1 or 2 people and everything is nearby. The security guards are great and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. It’s close to several restaurants and stores which made getting around easy. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Good afternoon, the first thing is that Carolina and Mrs. Patricia behaved very well. The first thing to note is that the airport is not in Barranquilla, it takes between 40 and 50 minutes to get to the building, but no one will refuse a transport service because the apartment is in an excellent location. The apartment is just as it is in the photos, an incredible view and a good pool. There are different restaurants, drugstores, CC Viva 4 blocks away, Juan Valdez diagonal and the building has a supermarket so you don't need to go out to look for it, although there is a D1 and Olímpica nearby. My plan was the game, choosing a good location was ideal. The apartment is highly recommended.

The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. In addition, Santiago was always very attentive to what we needed from the time we arrived until we left.
