Excellent all my family and I enjoyed too much, Mrs. Maria was very attentive to everything we needed, we will definitely return with my family with the help of God.

I went with my family to spend New Year's Eve and we had a great time. Spacious house as shown in the photos and Andrés is always attentive to help with whatever is needed. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the house. The cabinets had dust and the common areas could be better maintained, but nothing serious.

Cozy house, spacious, facing the sea, a good pool and with everything you need. It has board games and the person who supports the themes of the deli kitchen and was friendly. We would come back and recommend it.

This was a perfect property! The property is huge and has more than one can ask. Arlex & Martha are a couple that lives in the rear of the property. They take care of all maintenance, cleaning, & cooking breakfast. We purchased food from a local market and Martha cooked for us (at a very minimal cost). Arlex took care of all maintenance needs and issues. One day the master bedroom a/c u it broke and they replaced it, before the end of day. The property is located amongst a small community. It’s very secured with concrete block walls and a large private gate. Our only issue was that the property was located approx. 25 min from Barranquilla. Therefore, it was hard to get Uber to come out to the area for service into the city. BUT, that was also a benefit of the location because it provided for peace and serenity. Arlex was able to introduce us to Luis Angel (a driver w/ a car) and Jair (a driver with a van) and they made our commutes very easy. Monica was a perfect host!

My family and I felt in a very quiet environment, Mr. Carlos was always very attentive to what was required, a good location near the beach and the house has what is necessary to ensure a pleasant stay.

Lovely place, sorrounded by nature. Loved the view of the ocean and the distribution of the house. Nearby beach, calm and clean. Most of all, really appreciated the clear communication and ability to problem solve little details that sometimes came up. I will definitely be going back soon.
