We had a wonderful stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Our kids LOVED the outside play space. Overall we felt right at home with all the modern appliances and comfortable spaces. Very clean and safe. Would love to stay again the next time we are in town.

I have been coming to Peru for work for years and have tried a large number of options on this platform. This experience hands down was the best I’ve ever had in the entire country. The location and the host are far better than the photos and the description. If you want to stay in Miraflores this is the best option on the market.

What a fantastic stay in Lima! This Airbnb was everything we needed and more—stunning views, a prime location in the heart of Barranco, unmatched amenities (gym, pool), and an incredible host who provided excellent local support. What impressed us most was the host’s willingness to accommodate our early check-in. After a 10-hour red-eye flight, that gesture of hospitality meant so much to us. We’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this one truly stood out for the quality of the stay and the level of care we received. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lima - you will be in great hands with Ita&Diego!

We enjoyed our stay in Miraflores very much. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The store was a quick 5-10 min walk and lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again, the views of the coast are breathtakingly beautiful.

A Very nice place, very spaious and comfortable. The area is quiet and there is no constant noise from cars or others. It is close to cafes, shops and very easy to move around restaurants near Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. Tanto el Sr Guido como sus hijas, que son quiénes me atendieron en esta ocasión, son súper amigables y te brindan toda la info necesaria además de responder rápidamente a mis consultas. Außergewöhnlich!!! Da wir drei Jahre lang in Barranco gelebt haben, wissen wir, dass die Wohnung an einem der nettesten Plätze in Barranco liegt. Das Wohnen hat sich authentisch und nicht touristisch angefühlt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Man hat von der Dachterrasse aus einen unglaublichen Rundumblick, sogar über Barranco hinaus, das ist toll. Und es gibt viele nette und interessante Orte in der Nähe, wie Museen und Restaurants, auch hübsche Läden. Julio ist hilfsbereit, freundlich, flexibel und entgegenkommend. Seine Wohnung hat es uns ermöglicht, uns in Barranco wieder wie zuhause zu fühlen!

Good stay in a beautiful apartment! The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, with thoughtful treats waiting for us. Ubers were easy to find, and the building felt safe with security at the front desk. Check-in was smooth, and the host stayed in constant touch to ensure everything was going well. Elisa, the point of contact, was very helpful. The only downside was that the dryer wasn’t working, but overall, a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this BnB! The front desk staff was embracing and supportive from my arrival to departure, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The wide patio doors opened to a beautiful park view, letting in fresh air and the city’s energy. While the street noise took some adjusting, I grew to love waking up to Lima’s rhythm—morning traffic, yoga, Muay Thai, and the vibrancy of daily life. Thoughtful touches, like the aji pepper book, added cultural charm, and the kitchen and ample storage made it feel like home. The location is perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, making it easy to explore both by foot or quick Uber access. Whether from the patio, couch, or bed, this space offered comfort, culture, and connection to the city. I’m grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay again! An immaculate apartment with a fantastic host... possibly one of the greatest air bnb's in all of Lima. It is incredibly spacious, with incredible views, and a true sense of interior design. Our Host Tere was always very responsive, even with somewhat trivial questions and problems, very professional and endearing. If you are a family or a group I 100% recommend it. It's literally on the edge of LarcoMar. 10/10
