Kay and I were very pleased to be close to nice areas. Important point to mention is the fact that the owner reacted very rapidly and professionnally when we requested assistance. We have to give Ricardo and his team 5 stars across the board. Never have we experienced such stellar customer service, clear and consistent communication and a willingness to help out. We can be very particular about our accommodations and hands down felt this was one of our favorite stays in Lima. They are a super host for a reason. The location of the unit is central to everything, the building is clean and well kept and there are a ton of restaurants and bars around. Looking forward to staying at one of their properties again soon!

Catherine’s flat is a bit of paradise right in the very most desirable spot in Barranco. She is a prompt, friendly, and helpful communicator: her guests’ happiness and comfort are her top priorities. The apartment is clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated with her own designs and handiwork and her talented daughter’s artwork. The terrace is bright and sunny at midday in midsummer; it’s not completely hidden from view (several other flats look down onto it), but quite private considering the number of nearby dwellings. If you leave the terrace doors open and the bathroom door ajar, a gentle fresh breeze runs right through the apartment. Light sleepers should be cautioned that the entrance door to the flat is not acoustically insulated, and people entering the building late on weekends aren’t always considerate. The bed and furniture are quite comfortable. Doormen Pedro and William are kind and friendly. This is a fantastic apartment, and I wish Catherine & Veronica the best.

I stay 1 month and 20 days in the apartment with my partner. A peculiar mini depa, with everything you need and even a nice little terrace. I felt at home, the area is quiet, safe and familiar, with parks around and shops nearby for whatever you need. The hosts are always available for anything we need, and to immediately repair any problems we had in the apartment. Always very friendly. We really appreciate the flexibility with the time of check-out.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is very nice and clean. Theres a lot of places to eat around, including two cafes connected to the building. Additionally, theres a salon also connected to the front of the building which was perfect as I needed my hair done desperately. A little tip though, schedule a reservation with receptionist for the pool, washing machine room, gym, or the game room as soon as you get there as they are by reservation only I believe. The pool is amazing, it’s clean and has an amazing view. I highly recommend this place.

I came back to stay with Rosa and Cesar again and despite only staying two nights prior, already I felt so welcomed at their home and celebrated upon my return. Their kindness and warmth is unmatched. As a solo female traveler, it goes such a long way to have that cozy sense of feeling at home with family. They even got to meet my family via FaceTime which felt special and helped my family back home feel at ease. Rosa and I had some fun adventures of our own and Cesar joined us for part of that as well. The value of the stay is incredible, especially with the home cooked meals for a fair price too. Despite being a light sleeper, ear plugs do the trick and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rosa and Cesar feel like family and I look forward to staying in touch. Thank you for being so wonderful! 🤍

I had a very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable. It is relatively close to the sea. There are nearby restaurants, supermarkets nearby, banks, and you are about 7 blocks from downtown Miraflores, the internet is good and the pool is well preserved.

Loved this place, the only slight issue was finding it, we went to the address given but the directions should state go to the right and go down the steps to locate the entrance. Otherwise everything else was totally amazing and would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Milagros made my family and I feel at home. The flat is just adorable, cozy, clean and tidy, and with a great location - at the centre of Miraflores. She provided us with all the things we needed (from fresh clean towels to coffee and even Patenón (a Peruvian treat)!!). Milagros was very communicative, flexible and warm every time we contacted her. We loved staying at Milagros' flat and highly recommend it!

It's definitely a place I'd go back to with my family. The location is central to go for a walk near the forest, the olive grove, some cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets are close by. The building staff is very attentive and kind. Due to the location near a main road, there is a lot of noise and movement, but it is offset by the proximity to many other places, transportation, security and hot water, internet, electricity, and gas services that never fail. The host is helpful and clear in his directions.

My entire stay was great! Juan is a Super attentive and pro active host, the apartment is very well organized and clean. The location is good; it has quite a few fences shopping.

Our stay was wonderful. We went to the family for a son's wedding and the house , besides hosting us comfortably, was a support base for my son's wedding. There we did rehearsals for the wedding, we took photos of the groom, anyway, it was very helpful to us. At our request they purchased sandwich maker, shapes and kitchen equipment especially to serve us. The gentleness of Angie and her parents moved us.

Claudia was incredibly helpful, she helped book my taxi from the airport, provided endless tips and recommendations (all excellent) and even helped arrange the delivery of my kindle after I left it at her place. My stay at Helen's apartment was very enjoyable. It's modern, fully equipped, clean, comfortable and has a great view of the city from the balcony. It has a 24 hour security receptionist with surveillance cameras. The apartment is in a great location. It's very close to shopping centers, markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, movie theaters, hardware stores, beauty salons, barber shops, pet stores and more. All within a few minutes walking distance. This was my second time in the apartment and I would definitely stay there again. Helen is very pleasant and very responsive. Very friendly host.
