Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Excellent apartment, very clean and well-equipped with everything you need to spend a few or even many days staying. The location is excellent and was perfect for my goals! Although not under the owner's management, the nearby street is very busy and noisy! Besides, everything was great!

Every time I travel to Lima I stay at these apartments AND I have recommended them to everyone as well. Location is great, the apartment is perfect, there is always a welcome package of food when I arrive, linens are spotless. And the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Book this place and you’ll be staying in the heart of Miraflores. To say this place was amazing is an understatement. It has all the amenities you need and is perfect no matter how long you stay. Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. Some highlights include: ⁃ A 2-minute walk to Parque Kennedy ⁃ A 20-minute walk to the ocean side and surfing lesson schools ⁃ Close to Spanish schools in Miraflores ⁃ Close to Metro, Wong, and Plaza Vea grocery stores ⁃ Awesome security team that are present 24/7 ⁃ A big kitchen with great appliances ⁃ Very comfortable queen sized bed ⁃ Close to lots of cafes and restaurants Book this place for your next visit to Lima and get ready to have the best stay ever!

Good location and very warm apartment, ideal for 3/4 people. Maritza very cordial and we were able to enter before check-in.

It was a relief to stay in Brenda's clean and modern place after moving from a dirty and old place elsewhere. Great access to everything we needed in the apartment and the neighborhood. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. And, the place held up in the 6.1 earthquake, which was great considering we were on the 23rd floor!!!

The place is as advertised in the photos. Lily was super friendly from the moment we contacted her, flexible with check-in and check-out, and always attentive to our questions. He recommended places and where we could go to eat. The water heater is enough for two full showers. If there are three people, the last one must wait to shower. Everything else was great, the apartment had everything, and was quite cozy.

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

1. The apartment is very safe and close to currency exchange offices and places to buy basic items such as water, etc. (There is a small store 1 block away) 2. At check-out time they allowed us to stay a little longer since our flight was early in the morning. 3. Excellent communication. 4. The spectacular view. 5. The pool is wonderful, a little cold but very good. You must book 24 hours in advance to use it. 6. It could be further improved by placing an additional dryer in the kitchen and perhaps a little sugar, coffee or tea. Also, change the towels after 3 days. 7. Finally, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, IF WE RETURN TO LIMA, WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

It was a great place to stay. It had a lot of instructions to follow but manageable. It was close to historic sites, the beach, restaurants, and shops.
