The pictures say it all! We particularly liked the huge amount of closet space and hangers - things often missing! The security desk was always manned, and the guys were very helpful.

The accommodation is in a quiet and pleasant area, quite close to the pier and nice parks for walking. Additionally, you can find a 24-hour store (Oxxo) and some restaurants within walking distance. The house is beautiful, carefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay (toiletries such as towels, shampoo, soaps) as well as having an equipped kitchen (complete kitchenware, blender, dishwasher) and a full laundry area. We are extremely grateful to Mr. Edmundo and his wife for their kind welcome and help with our arrival. For all the above reasons, it is a more than recommended accommodation🤗. We hope to be back soon!

Mayumi's place felt very cozy and has an amazing view. Definitely a great location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops at a walkable distance. It's also a bit noisy because of traffic but nothing crazy.

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

The stay was very nice the apartment is beautiful and very romantic, everything is clean and max was available for our questions.

Mrs. Rosa María is a very good host, flexible with check-in and check-out, she was always ready to answer any questions, and very good communication was maintained.

It is in a super quiet and safe sector, it has several assurances to enter .

This is a truly special apartment, with 180-degree views along the coastline. The main living area is expansive, and listening to the ocean while on the couch with the breeze off the terrace is one of the most peaceful experiences I’ve had. The kitchen is giant and fun for elaborate cooking, with expert lighting detail, a dishwasher, and a very large prep surface. And it’s very private — only two apartments on each level and in a building that extends out away from others on the malecón so that your closest neighbors are a whole block away. The bed, the showers, the large screen tv… it’s all perfect. Javier is a great host as well and checks in regularly should you need advice, extra supplies, or other assistance. If you’re wondering whether you should book this stop wondering and do it.

The accommodation is very comfortable, safe and it felt like home. On the other hand, regarding the reception, very good and friendly service at check-in; in short, everything was very good.

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.
