Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

Unique & refurbished LOFT - Palermo Hollywood

Amazing LOFT located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The building, "Los Silos de Dorrego",is a refurbished ex grain factory from 1920, surrounded with a huge garden full of ancient trees. The complex has this green space to enjoy, with a large (heated) swimming-pool. Also has a gym, dry sauna and a restaurant & bar only for residents. The loft is super unique and stylish. With a cool taste in every detail. double high and tall walls with huge windows, both with views to the pool and garden.

Es una calle muy tranquila de viviendas con muy poco tránsito por lo cual se puede descansar con tranquilidad. Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

Downstairs the living , with a TV set and the kitchen , a coach for two people, a table, four chairs and a balcony. Upstairs there is a very confortable queen size bed , a closet and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped: wifi, TV, heating, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen. Beautifully designed and decorated.

I booked a month at Pablo's and I kept extending my stay because it felt like the right place to be. Communication with Pablo was smooth and pleasant. Being San Telmo, the neighbourhood is both convenient and iffy at night, but the building has private security and it felt completely safe. The loft itself is huge, filled with genuine elements that set it apart from your average Airbnb. A very nice balcony, well equipped kitchen and books by Thomas Pynchon. What else can one need? Book it.

The apartment was so charming and had everything we needed. It's in a great location — just a quick walk to lots of great shops and restaurants. Once you're inside, you wouldn't even know you're on the plaza, it's very quiet. Viviana was so lovely and incredibly communicative. She went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. One note: I'm not sure if this is typical of apartments in Buenos Aires, but you need to use the keys to both enter 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘵 the building. This mostly didn't matter since I was working at the apartment most days if my friend ran out to do something — and makes the building incredibly safe — but if you're traveling with someone where you will be doing different things, it can get tricky to coordinate.

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy cómodo, el barrio en que se encuentra es muy tranquilo y tiene varios sitios donde comer. Juan muy atento a todo! Pero para mi gusto quedaba alejado de zonas turísticas, 50 min saliendo del departamento para ir al subte y llegar al obelisco, por ejemplo.

Amazing find! The building felt like old school Paris, but with all the latest modern amenities (face recognition security, modern kitchen and bathroom). I felt very safe and the apartment was right in the heart of Recoleta. I will definitely be returning to this Air B&B !

Nos quedamos un mes en el dpto de Hernán, lo elegimos por la ubicación y por supuesto, por la terraza. Es un edificio moderno, un último piso con vistas y mucha tranquilidad. El dpto tenía de todo lo que puedas necesitar, todo está impecable y muy cómodo. La terraza es un gran plus y lo disfrutamos todos los días. Hernán es un host muy profesional, simpático y siempre disponible. Nos encantó compartir un poco con él y estamos muy agradecidos por su buena disposición.

Eu tive uma fantástica estadia no apartamento do Eze. Ele e sua mãe são anfitriões muito gentis e prestativos. Tudo correu muitíssimo bem. O por-do-sol e o nascer do sol da varanda dele é fantástico, adorei assistir todos os dias. Há uma padaria muito boa logo abaixo do prédio. O bairro é repleto de cultura e vida local, ótimo para quem quer escapar dos centros cheios de turistas. E é muito perto do Puerto Madero, ótimo para caminhadas. Recomendo muitíssimo este lugar.

Jamais and Ruben's loft exceeded our expectations, and was the perfect place to stay for a week in Buenos Aires. Palermo Soho is a wonderful niche in the bustling city, and the hosts made sure to provide local recommendations which were great in exploring B.A. The managers, Damian and Fernando, went above and beyond to accommodate us and to make us feel at home. The loft itself was so full of character and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here! It truly made our stay so memorable, and makes us want to return again! 10 stars. La estadía fue agradable. Excelente ubicación ya que está a unos pasos del subte y a unos pasos de un supermercado. Además a pocas cuadras de San Telmo, un lugar muy turístico de Buenos Aires. Jerónimo fue muy flexible tanto en la hora de llegada como en la hora de salida y siempre mantuvo una comunicación fluida. Solo recomendaría que dotara el apartamento con una plancha, ya que me hizo falta. De resto, excelente decisión de hospedaje.

I highly recommend this loft and others in this building managed by the Nido team. Perfect location in Palermo SoHo. Close to everything but quiet. Very professional operation with easy access, AC and all needed amenities. And the roof terrace was lovely for evening drinks.
