Monthly Rentals in Barra

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a lovely stay. The house is very clean and pleasant to dwell in and the nature setting in the front yard makes it so peaceful and relaxing. The locals in the village are friendly and the beach is within walking distance which we enjoyed watching the sunset and dipping in. Abdou was sooo helpful and very polite and tended to any of our needs. Having a washing machine was sooo good! I highly recommend Cora and Petes. The tranquiliy, roots and culture is amazing!

As a Gambian it was my first time going to the Smiling Coast. Unsure of my experience had I known my 'Soon to be' family was here, I would have booked sooner everyone was so hospitable and friendly it really has become my home from home.... the neighbourhood is safe and secure and if you need an extra friend Kunene the cat might be around. By Gods grace I look forward to seeing everybody again in the near future.

Absolutely was a house warming trip. The Gambia is home, and having a nice cozy place to stay had me feeling absolutely perfect! Couldn’t ask for anymore, always helpful and highly responsive! The spot was exactly what I needed and beautiful. Thank you for hosting my significant other and I! Greatly appreciate!

Elegant tasteful apartment nice touches like dressing table with mirror storage baskets. Matching mugs my favourite colour too lol Appreciated the water and milk left for me. Felt like i could live there. Lovely security staff felt safe as a lone traveller. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and definitely stay again . Hope to be there later on in the year. Beverley. X
