Comforting and cozy apartment, condominium with lots of recreation for children, and host Fernanda was extremely kind and polite, explaining everything very clearly. We were provided with all necessary support. We love everything, nothing to complain about.

The house is just like the pictures, the view of the mountains is beautiful! The house is clean and well equipped, it served two couples well.

Marcos and Paula are very attentive and available to resolve any unforeseen issues. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the condominium premises!

Jackeline was a super helpful person, always concerned about our well-being, super comfortable and complete apartment. They were amazing days, very cozy place and house, highlighting to Maureni who welcomed us very well, super attentive and helpful. I recommend it and I think about coming back. As a suggestion would be interesting plus a refrigerator or a freezer, as the house holds a lot of people, a refrigerator only becomes small. Everything else is great thank you very much everyone involved!

Myself and my family adore our stay at the Sítio.For very nice days. The house is very comfortable and very complete, with very clean bedding ,table and bath. Ms. Ana Lucia, the homemade Gilberto and his wife are very kind people. We are immensely grateful to have made a ramp to the pool, for my sister in a wheelchair. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay at the house was excellent , Mr. Marco a caring , kind and understanding person has always kept us at ease with some valid instructions and we make the most of it we can . The house is what really is in the photo a comfortable and large house. since already thank you very much Mr. Marco !

The chalet of Marta is well equipped, with very good decor details. It is at the end of the road, which gives tranquility and contact with the nature we like. This particular chalet is very close to Marta's residence, but she respected our privacy well. The space is perfect for those looking for quiet and likes to do trails. What should be kept in mind is that, because it is away from the city, the region is prone to a drop in energy in the event of rain and time. For us it was not something that harmed the experience and would come back for sure.

Very good space, bigger than it looks in the photos, the outside area surprised me, excellent barbecue and pizza oven. Good indoor area, my only comment to improve would be the double bed in the room I used, as the mattress really sank was really bad, but it was so sleeping soon did not impact the quality of the house, and the complaint of the couple of friends who were with me and that the shower in their room was either hot and the bill was drops or cold and strong, but “it was ok”. The housekeeper André is phenomenal guy note 1000, super helpful and good chat. I highly recommend visiting the house, the place and perfect, it is on the main avenue close to everything, you can walk to the center, market, restaurant, everything. And Maria Fernanda was also always available, even though everything was perfect!

very awesome place! the house is beautiful, and amazingly clean. it is so peaceful and close to nature. the perfect place to meditate and unwind! the swimming pool is private and the water is very clean. the river is very relaxing. the neighborhood can be dangerous. you really need to stick to the big, main roads. do not drive through the neighborhoods or small streets. our uber got shot at and bullets went through the window. nobody was hit but it was scary! be safe!

It was good, the location is cool! It had everything that was informed in the announcement, available. It could only be clear the fact that it was on the fourth floor and had enough stairs to climb, this was a “difficulty” for us with a 2-year-old and my mother at 55 years old, with a spine problem. The living room is not large, the sofa is very old and there are 2 people sitting, we find it uncomfortable for a house that is rented for 6 people to stay. So who wants to "like" the house is not an advantage. The kitchen is minuscula, you can only use one person at a time, which made it difficult to make our meals there. We leave the recommendation to those who really want to go to sleep, take a bath and actually enjoy the trip away from home.

Great stay in the chalet of Carlos. Attentive and easy-to communicate host and always quickly answered any questions we had. This was the third time that my family and I stayed in the condominium and Carlos's chalet was the best of all we have ever rented. We will definitely return.

As described by others, the house is better than in the photos. Beautiful and clean and cozy place. Lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is complete and everything works well. We were in 10 and the whole family loved every moment. The location of the house is a little further from the city center than we imagined. This was not an issue in itself, but since our goal was not to make meals like lunch and dinner at home, we had two daily trips to make. For those who want a really quiet place, this should be seen as a great benefit! We will definitely get back to host and arrange for a few barbecues on site :-)

The house is great, beautiful and pleasant. The outdoor space, with a swimming pool and barbecue area, is excellent as well. The house has kitchen utensils, and comfortable living room and bedrooms. Ana Paula is very kind and attentive and Alessandra, who received us, is also very careful and helpful. These were days of much rest and tranquility.

The house is extremely comfortable and very well-equipped, perfect for rest days. For sure, we want to go back again! It is necessary to take all the groceries for meals, practically unfeasible to go and return from the city to get something you forgot. The waterfall next to the chalet is simply wonderful, a true gift from nature. The housekeeper was very attentive, helped us with useful information about the weather and the routes in the days leading up to the trip. In addition, it offers artisanal products such as cheeses, breads, jams, eggs and honey, all of high quality. As mentioned in the listing, it is not recommended to arrive at the site overnight. It is approximately 18 km of dirt road. We went with a low car, no problem, but the ideal is a higher vehicle and, if possible, with all-wheel drive, especially in the event of rain, to ensure a safer ride.

First the spot and so much more than the pictures show. We love the stay, we feel at home. Peace and tranquility was the highlight. Td very clean and organized. We will definitely vote and indicate for sure. We were very welcomed by Bruna, very ayentious and requests.
