Ana Maria is very kind, her space is very good, but I found the access a little complicated, we arrived on a rainy night, it is a decida (underground) and the staircase is spiral. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

The hostess was very helpful from the conversations before the booking was confirmed to the time of checkout. The flat is beautiful and super functional. We found the clean and smelling rooms. The kitchenware and appliances make a difference. I couldn't take advantage of all the condo amenities due to lack of time. But the pool really pleased my little daughter. We will come back for sure.

We stayed at Eliete's apartment and we love it! The building is new, well located and close to the mall. The apartment is stylish, clean and organized, with clothes and quality utensils. She thought about every detail: extra pillows, hand hygiene alcohol, bathroom amenities, first aid box, coffee capsules, chocolates, some drinks in the fridge and even popcorn for the electric picpoqueira, all for guest comfort. Eliete was helpful and helpful all the time, ensuring an exceptional stay. I highly recommend it!

I already knew the place, but the experience in Saulo's flat was the first time. We went to celebrate my son's birthday and we were already welcomed with some treats for him, who was very happy. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is clean and organized. The hotel offers recreation for children all day long, from the park to the evening at the hotel, which makes all the difference for the kids. Saulo answered all our questions and responded promptly to our messages, making our communication much easier. We thank you for these days and God willing we will return soon!

The house matches the listing's description. The instructions for arriving and the access to the house are very clear, the Host provides a detailed guide to the home and the city, giving several cool tips. It is about 15 minutes from the center of the city and the park of the Dinos. Among the houses of the condominium this seems to be the most private. The rooms are very large, including the closet (well functional), well decorated and cozy. The house in general was clean. The hydromassage worked perfectly, as did TV and the Internet. The kitchen has utensils and basic appliances, all clean and working. The common areas were well taken care of, the pool is very large. My son loved fishing in the lake (wand and bait provided by the host). I highly recommend to those looking for a quiet place, close to nature but without giving up the amenities of the city. We will certainly return.

The Flat is at the end of the building, the two pools (adult and children) face the two doors (living room and bedroom) this generated a little noise, but nothing too much, because the time was respected and at 9 pm was already the silence I was looking for. For those with a child it is very easy to keep an eye out without having to leave the flat. I loved the working and clean kitchen utensils, including the fridge with ice. Very comfortable mattresses, including the sofa bed. A sheet was missing (resolved later). What a wonderful shower!!!! The infrastructure of the flat and the condominium are great, sorry they moved the SPA to the park and there is no laundry service, nor how to wash inside the flat; it was missed.
