Great place to rest, fully private space with all the amenities you need. For moviegoers, the house has a collection of cinema classics, including silent cinema. For readers, there are some very interesting books at your disposal. Me and my family intend to return.

Our stay on the Kadu site was great! He was super kind to us, was super helpful and flexible with the schedules! The children loved the space and took great advantage of the pool that is excellent in size. The place is very quiet, everything clean and organized. In the lake we still managed to fish, everyone had fun! I'll be back for sure!

Our stay was perfect. Elaine and Arthur were impeccable with every detail to make us feel welcome. The house was extremely clean; the place is peaceful, safe and quiet; the road is great for any car. Upon arrival, there were treats waiting for us and a table set for the first coffee (which warmed our hearts). Elaine was also flexible with the check-out, which allowed us to enjoy this moment of rest even more. My dogs loved the entire fenced space!!!! I forgot an item at home and when I asked Elaine where I could buy it, she promptly sent it to me and in less than 1 minute it was delivered to the gate. Thank you very much for that and for all the comfort we enjoyed as your guest. See you soon!!!!

Myself and my family adore our stay at the Sítio.For very nice days. The house is very comfortable and very complete, with very clean bedding ,table and bath. Ms. Ana Lucia, the homemade Gilberto and his wife are very kind people. We are immensely grateful to have made a ramp to the pool, for my sister in a wheelchair. We'll be back for sure!

Amazing experience, the house is wonderful, calm and quiet. The place is magnificent, it accommodates very well even more than 14 people. Attention points, the house has cameras/audio everywhere external and internal, that is, we are filmed 24hrs a day, TOTAL BBB. I didn't notice if this was on the ad. Bed, bath and pillow linen were not included, I also did not pay attention to this detail in the listing. But I always take mine, it wasn't a problem. The wifi of the house is not good, it rained down, we stayed 4 days and the internet only worked the first night. NO MOBILE AREA. Gi is wonderful, gave us all support when we had air in the plumbing and proved extremely helpful. We will return for sure, worth every penny, the house is super-equipped, has fans in every room, a giant speaker that connects Bluetooth, wonderful pool ( COLD), but wonderful, well-equipped barbecue area, with ice-cold filter to buy a gallon of water. Great and very organized house, the landlord is very friendly all the time and always responded quickly. The impression I had is that the house is in better condition than the photos registered in the listing, which was an extremely positive point during the stay. Casa clean and organized, with all the utensils and items in perfect condition and great communication with the owner.

A place to recharge energy surrounded by nature and good energy. The house is spacious, clean, airy and with nearby barbecue space and pool. All the utensils and we need it and a very well equipped house. Very good WI-Fi that allowed me to make Home Office without problems. Lucas is always very available and careful. As a tip, we purchased the local chopp (Cervejaria Ipiabas) which they delivered on-site. We will definitely come back!

The place is well located, on the side of the Highway, everything was clean and organized. Bed and bath linen are not provided. The playground for kids is great.

Heber was super solicitous, with quick and objective responses. It served us very well at check-in and was always attentive. The house was super clean, air-conditioned in all rooms, and the atmosphere is very quiet — ideal for rest. There is no telephone signal, but the wifi works perfectly and supplies this absence well. An extremely clean and organized space, as well as ample and in a harmony of very good taste. They were pleasant and happy days. The cold didn't allow us to enjoy the pool, which had so well-maintained transparent water. The playground is lovely and the kids had a great time. The football field features a well-trimmed lawn and has given us a lot of fun. The very inviting backyard features a gourmet area and comfortable accommodations. In short...a spectacular home. The space "Casa da Granny ", from dear and kind Raquel lives up to the name. I went back to childhood, and I felt at my grandparents' house. A large and very cozy space. With all the necessary guidelines, spread all over the house. The space is so pleasant that it makes us feel, really at home, in our grandparents' home. I leave only two suggestions: the installation of a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and a shower in the backyard. Otherwise, there is absolutely no need to change anything. The "Granny House" is perfect!!!

Amazing accommodation! The house is great, very functional and equipped with everything you need for days of rest and practicality. Every detail was carefully thought out, which makes the stay very comfortable. But what really makes this place special is the property: a 50,000-square-meter natural paradise! Beautiful landscapes, absolute tranquility and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. My two little dogs loved it! A wonderful experience — we're already looking forward to returning!
