Excellent condominium structure, quick check in and with extremely educated attendants, we were very welcome. Pool and clean and well-organized outdoor area. Apartamento met expectations, we felt at home. The apartment was a little dirty when we arrived, but the next day they were cleaning. We'll be back for sure.

Quiet stay, the space is beautiful, comfortable and organized. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of mothballs. The condominium is also quite quiet and safe. I needed a service as soon as I arrived at the apartment and the host answered me super fast.

The house is wonderful and the location, despite not being close to amenities, is very quiet and far from noise, on the other hand it is close to the beach. Good for those who want calm or to enjoy themselves with friends without being disturbed. Both the owner of the house, Eliene, and the caretaker, Jailton, are very helpful. The place is spacious and well maintained, you can see the owner's whim and zeal.

The house is excellent. Spacious, organized, with all the utensils you might need for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. The pool is a good size and the caretaker cleans it every day. There is a very nice yard and garden space, with trees for shade. The condominium also has a very nice pool. We liked everything, especially the tranquility of the place. Mr. Hélio is extremely friendly, treated us like friends, responded quickly and gave us several tips for tours in the region. I hope to return soon.

Our stay was amazing! The house is simply stunning, extremely comfortable and literally standing in the sand — you walk out the door and are already at sea. The location couldn't have wished for more. The place is a dream: white sand, calm, crystalline waters and no waves, perfect for relaxing with the family or playing with the children in total safety. Beaches are paradisiacs and offer a rare exclusivity, without that common movement in tourist destinations. Despite the tranquility, the house is at a strategic point, close to everything! The city offers great infrastructure. Guest care was exceptional! The person responsible for cleaning and food was a highlight aside: polite, helpful and caring, ensuring that we felt at home throughout the day. For everything the site offers, the cost-effectiveness was excellent!

I spent my birthday and New Year's Eve with my family at Renata's home. We were welcomed by their parents, who are charming and exude incredible humility and charisma, made us feel at home showing us everything and a little more than what we had in the house and around. Samuel, the housekeeper, is literally an angel, he left everything so clean, he was there all morning offering us coconuts and always leaving the pool impeccable. Renata is a love, totally conversable, she answered me whenever I communicated with her and she is someone charming, very flexible when you ask for something or try to reach an agreement/consensus. And what about the house ? It's just perfect, it's the kind of house that has the energy of grandma's house, you feel affection, comfort, safety and you feel at all times in an amusement park. The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable, the leisure area is such a beautiful luxury and the best thing is that the house is complete and equipped, so you don't have to bring anything because there is td

Regi was super proactive, it gave us great recommendations. The airy house, with a great space for kids to play. The pool is a delight, and the space of the barbecue a charm, ample and great for barbecue. Comfortable rooms. The beach is a show apart, a broken car is charming. And we love the hike to the meeting of the river with the sea, the mangrove is its habitat. We love it.

We love the place! super quiet, excellent for relaxing! there is not much structure nearby, but just program and go to the market first to buy water and some comidinhas. the structure of the apartment is amazing, from the quiet cooking. The accommodations are fantastic, but São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, commerce and needs to improve in gastronomy, the prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom with 3 full baths. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The balcony is fantastic. Gianmarco is a 5 star host. The apartment is clean with all the amenities, even water. Incredibly comfortable. Right across from the beach. If you are staying in Peripueria, you should absolutely stay here. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs) with no elevator.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.
