Definitely exceeded expectations, recommended 1000% of the staff who are in charge of the apartment kitchen very rich, are on the lookout for everything. Better than an all-inclusive!!!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. An extremely pleasant vacation, the subdivision is a quiet place except for some neighbors who I imagine rented the house too and did not respect the pool rules, otherwise everything was excellent, it is in a very good location (we moved around in a private car) because from there the most popular beaches of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa are quite close, there is an Oxxo right at the entrance of the subdivision which is very much appreciated. The attention Eduardo and his wife gave us was excellent, always attentive and very kind, we would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place, with good access to the sea. Great hosts, and a very warm atmosphere The only thing would be that the internet does not arrive very well, and some appliances like microwave or an oven are needed. But to disconnect and be enjoying 100 of the place with your partner is ideal

From our reservation, communication with Adrian was excellent and during our stay. Always attentive and supporting us with what we need. The place is spectacular, spacious, nice decoration, clean. The pool and beach access is very accessible and walking along the Boulevard is great. Adrian made us feel right at home!

One tip for fellow travelers: If you're ordering food or drinks at the pool, be aware that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. It’s easy to overlook this detail and accidentally overpay. Of course, feel free to add extra if you’d like to show additional appreciation, but it’s good to know upfront. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway.

Six of us stayed at Marbella 4 for eight nights. It was absolutely amazing! The photos don’t do the condo or the views justice! We had coffee every morning on the balcony and saw whales and dolphins. Ms. Mari is pure perfection and made us AMAZING meals! You have to ask her for her fish tacos, chicken tostadas, and banana pancakes!! She was on top of everything and very friendly and helpful. We can not wait to return next year!

Tita was a wonderful host. The unit is beautiful with an amazing view. We stayed for a month and it had everything we needed for our stay.

The place was beautiful and spacious. Felt right at home. Happy to have all of the amenities that it offered. The kitchen was well used. The kitchen knives worked great. We love that it was spacious enough for everyone to have privacy and their own bathrooms and yet still felt cozy to sit around the huge dining room table with an unbeatable view. It was an amazing experience for everyone.
