Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Apartment located in a quiet and green area of Paruzzaro on the first floor, perfect for those looking for relaxation away from the chaos of the city. Small apartment consisting of a room with a double bed and a single bed, a small kitchen area equipped with all comforts and a bathroom with shower Wi-Fi and free parking for motorcycles and bicycles are available. There are two large free parking lots a few meters from the property. Small dogs are accepted, but please notify Marisa in advance.

A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.
