Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Barossa Valley

We really enjoyed our weekend away here. The cottage has lots of local history and character, with all the mod cons to make it really comfortable. Jacqui was great at communicating to make sure she was ready for our arrival, even lighting the fire for us! Everything was perfect and I’ll definitely stay again! BTW if you haven’t stayed on the Fleurieu Peninsula before, do! There are beautiful walks, delicious food options and charming towns. A highlight for me was walking the scenic beach track from Middleton to Port Elliot, spotting a whale, having a delicious lunch at ‘Crisp’ restaurant and then walking back, a perfect day

Gorgeous surrounds and very comfortable house for a family group. Tracey was lovely to deal with and welcomed us very generously with a bottle of wine and some chocolates.

The house was incredible - exactly as described. 360 views of vineyards, a beautiful yard with fenced pool that was perfect for our young boys to run around and ride bikes, and very comfortable beds. We did a big cook up one night and the kitchen was well equipped. A large indoor dining table and outdoor dining table, and a large family area with big screen tv and lovely warming fireplace. Aircon throughout. On a cold May night it was very cozy! I would highly recommend this property, we were 7 adults and 2 kids and slept here very comfortably.

A gem, peaceful. fire place indoors made for extra comfort. outdoor bath, was a feature that set this apart from others! comfy bed and little extras like port on arrival, made the Old Milk an instant hit! self check in (and owners who live next door but we're not intrusive, made this getaway perfect for us) will be booking again for sure!!

This place was a gem - from a fire ready to go through to a biggest assortment of boardgames I’ve ever seen - it was exceptional. I only wish I live close enough to visit more regularly!

We had a great weekend at Jane's lovely cottage. Checkin was a breeze as we just walked in and the key was waiting for us on the kitchen bench. The interior was well designed and spacious with everything we needed for a quiet getaway. The cottage was just a short drive to Stirling and Hahndorf where we strolled through shops and tried their excellent restaurants under the autumn foliage. All in all, we felt like we have just spent a weekend in a friend's house.

What a find! Superb accommodation in the Adelaide Hills. Large gardens (with own resident koala and kangaroos). Beautiful surroundings, very tranquil. Furnished to a high quality throughout. Amazing responsive and friendly hosts. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended

A lovely place nice private yard, My dogs enjoyed looking around the yard....... Well appointed good quality appliances....... Easy to follow instruction, and fast commutation.

Stunning hidden retreat, reviews and photos do not do it justice - a must see unique experience for two. Private, intimate and stunning surrounds!!

It was a short stay but it was the perfect place to recuperate and was treated to a stunning sunrise across the vines

We had a great stay at Harry’s place. The location is fantastic- 1-2 min walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. We loved being able to swim and enjoy the surroundings. Thank you for providing the thoughtful extra touches for the beach that we had not thought of - beach towels and frisbee! Great to be able to walk to excellent cafes and restaurants. Grange is a really nice part of Adelaide. Love to come back!

we had a lovely stay. Tania and Cameron were great hosts and were very accommodating. the cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay. we loved the cabin location, very peaceful and secluded with a great view. Great 4WD tracks that cater for all levels and had a lot of fun. Will be back to camp with kids near the river - campsites look great and spacious.

Absolutely superb - luxury & nature wrapped up in a beautiful package - wish we had a longer stay - amazing amenities with generous provisions supplied - we will definitely be back for another super relax!

Beautiful cabin in a very convenient location. My one complaint is the bed - possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! If you like your bed to feel like the floor, then this is perfect for you

After travelling in a campervan for a while it was great to stay in a cosy and inviting space for a couple of nights. Everything as described. Comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The spa was fun. Loved the starry night sky. Thank you.

My friend and I just spent a weekend away at Timothy and Helen's place for some much needed R&R, and it was perfect 👌 The beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the house and views out across the hills with grazing cows and horses 🙏 it was so peaceful and private. Sitting on the super comfy chairs on the deck in the day and down by fire pit at night, we had ourselves a little slice of nature heaven. We were also lucky enough to have had the company of Bazil and his friend the whole weekend, too 💗🐨🌳🐨💗 The house was rustic with so much charm and also super clean with all the finer touches from the comfortable high-quality bed linen to the organic chemical free personal care products in the bathrooms. It's evident that the hosts have put in a lot of work, love, and care into making this place a cosy haven away from home 😊 Far exceeds the photos, highly recommend 😊👌 We will definitely be back when we can. We loved our stay at the Black Shed Retreat. The accommodation was beautiful and spacious, with a great view over the vines.

Over the fence tiny is so cute and beautifully appointed. We loved the outdoor bath with pot belly fire and the views to the trees and stars. A very generous welcome hamper with local goods was a lovely surprise. Well located to hahndorf.
