Vacation rentals in Barneville-Carteret

We had a pleasant stay at Marion's house in a location that is just exceptional! The house overlooks the Vauville pond and access to the beach is via a bird sanctuary (about 10 min walk). You can also access the village by walking along the pond, there is a restaurant (La Cabane des Tamarins) with grilled meats and wood-fired pizzas. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Small downside, the high chair provided for our baby is certainly pretty (vintage) but does not meet safety standards. The patio is very relaxing with sea views. We also recommend the Vauville garden with its friendly little tea room (and dishes that we did not have the opportunity to taste but restaurant open Monday noon!).

Pleasant night under the roof of Marie and Vincent. The gite was very spacious. The little extra is the presence of a cat because I always miss mine on vacation.

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful and quiet house in Port-Bail SUR mer! The kitchen is well equipped. shopping in PortBail or in other cities everywhere supermarkets The sea is 250 m , within walking distance. From here you can start great tours (CapRoute, Route de Phare and to the DDay Beaches) Basile welcomed us in a very friendly way. Normandy is definitely worth a trip

Augustin was very approachable and helped when my daughter was poorly. Answered lots of questions before arrival. Lovely, quiet rural area. Pool was a complete winner. Garden large. Lots of space for children to run around. Beaches were always quiet and vast. We liked the local World War II museum, bakery, bicuiterie and beach bar. All about 20 mins walk or drive and find an easy parking space. If you are taking small children (the house has a great cot), I would advise to take a high chair and a stair gate. We did and it was handy to have. A lovely, sunny week in France. Thanks Augustin….

Listing as described, very clean and perfect decor, The kitchen is very well equipped Clear instructions from Hosts who are available. We recommend this place where we spent a few days at 6 to visit the area and give history lessons to the children.
