A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Two miles from Charlbury station, it is a perfect base for touring the Cotswolds. The historic town of Burford and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach, as is de luxe shopping at Daylesford. It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.
