This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, this space became both my creative outlet and a fresh start.🌙🌿

Nice OLDER Apt. while I think it has charm this building was buiIt in 1900 and the walls and parts of the loft are old in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Laundry Room in Bathroom. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.

The Barton house gets its name from its close proximity to the Barton 1792 distillery & view of Barton rickhouses from the front door. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood & is a 5 min. drive to the dinner train and quaint streets of downtown Bardstown. It is a short 10 min. drive to many of the distilleries and wineries. There are several local attractions we are 6 miles from Makers Mark, 11 miles to Log Still, 3 miles from the XB Arena (Saturday nights Nov-March), and 13 miles to Historic Bardstown to include Heaven Hill. Come stay at Heavenly House! Secluded in the woods, but just 1 mile off the Bluegrass Parkway! This spacious Log Cabin sits on over 15 acres of Kentucky wooded farm land. Great for a Bourbon Trail weekend away with friends, the house is central to all the distilleries in Bardstown, Lawrenceburg, and Loretto. When you’re done for the day, return to Heavenly House to cook dinner in the spacious and open kitchen, play darts or Pop-A-shot, or enjoy time by the firepit.
