This was my second stay here and never disappoints! The place is always clean, with wonderful amenities and the host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I Would definitely continue coming.

This was our second stay and we will def be back. The property is beautiful and peaceful and has gorgeous porch views. The house was cozy and kitchen fully stocked.

The house is very cozy and just as described, and the backyard is adorable, very peaceful way to spend your evenings. The only downer, was that there was a Keurig and washer/dryer, but no coffee or tea pods, and no detergent provided, which would have given the space that extra special welcoming feel. Also, while the air fresher was pleasant smelling it was strong, I had to unplug it while I was there because it was giving me a headache. A bit on the expensive side for what I would normally be willing to book, but the hot tub was very enjoyable. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Brent’s place is in a great location for Centre functions and access via walking to downtown. Great outdoor hang area. Brent could be nicer or more helpful

The place was bigger and better than we thought it was going to be! The group had a spectacular time from the minute we walked in thanks to the modern amenities, historic charm, and list from the host and previous guests of places to visit. Parking was never an issue with our stay as the furthest we had to walk was only half a block, even on a holiday weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Tyler’s spot is amazing! So quiet and homey! My kids and dogs were in heaven in the backyard! Will definitely be back!

My family had a very nice stay. Justin was very good at communicating. NuLu was walkable just a block over to the main street with a lot of restaurants and a block the other way to Fall City Brewery. We really enjoyed the backyard fire pit and hot tub. This is in the city so there is traffic and car noises throughout the day and night. I used a sound machine in the bedroom which made everything perfect.

Had a very nice time here, enjoyed the hot tub and watching T.V.

Well, our group of 9 had an enjoyable time in this home! It was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Cindy was just the sweetest and most respectful host always available to answer questions or give recommendations. Close to great distilleries and downtown Frankfort with cute shops and dining. The pool and hot tub were clean and working and the home was well stocked with basic necessities. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

Toni's place was just as expected and was perfect for our Derby weekend stay. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed watching the Purple Martins flying in and out of their bird house.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

Lisa and Brad are stellar hosts!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to welcome us back to their lovely home for our second family vacation. The house is beautifully furnished and the property is pristine. This is the perfect rental for a family stay; excellent location, close to town for groceries and necessities and not a far drive from many major attractions.

Our stay was amazing! All accommodations were outstanding. It was our home away from home with our family for the entire weekend. Very peaceful, very clean, and a great view! Jeremy, our host, was very helpful and had a quick response to any questions we had. We have already planned to get this beautiful home again when we come back to the lake!

Matt’s place was centrally located for distillery hopping. Taylorsville lake is a great destination for outdoor recreation. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. The gated community is quiet and off the beaten path. We had a great week and highly recommend.

We visited for the Railbird Festival and had a great time. Our dogs loved exploring the area. It was so quiet and peaceful. We even visited the local county fair.

The house was close to Louisville, easy access to the interstate and the outlet mall was just down the road. Very comfortable and cozy place to stay

What a wonderful, cozy place! My husband and I and our dog stayed at Brads place for 2 nights as we were traveling through and spending some time on the Bourbon Trail. Brad was very accommodating to allow us early check in. The house was so cute and had everything we needed, and more! The home was spotless and in a great location to explore the surrounding area.

Friendly and responsive host! Great location close to restaurants, shopping, downtown, and the university. Nice quiet neighborhood and grateful for a yard for our dog Barni to use!

Logan went above and beyond when the Kentucky river began overflowing near the house. He quickly coordinated another location so we would remain safe and made sure the unexpected change was as easy as possible. The entire stay exceeded expectations.

This charming home has lots of character and met our needs very well. I even thought it was better inside than the pictures showed. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows outside in the fire pit while enjoying the hot tub. This home was easy to access and in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Samantha for being so accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Daniel's place while with 2 other couples exploring the Bourbon Trail. Highly recommend the location. Yes, it's in the country, but most distilleries are within a 20 minute drive, which is great. The house was very clean and easy for 3 couple to stay in comfortably. Thanks Daniel! I'd def stay here again next time I am in the area.
