You enter the apartment through a hallway that houses a dedicated washer and dryer. Upstairs features a large living/working space, a beautiful kitchen with brand new-high end appliances, and a 50" 4K smart TV. The sliding barn door separates the bedroom, where you will also find a large walk-in closet, a marble bathroom with a 6 foot soaking tub, and a brand new queen sized Tuft and Needle mattress. Nice OLDER Apt. while I think it has charm this building was buiIt in 1900 and the walls and parts of the loft are old in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Laundry Room in Bathroom. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.

We decorated and dedicated this place in honor of my father who served in WW2 as a Marine. He passed March of 2020. We have all type of military things along with other unique pieces. We plan on always coming up with more things to change it around. This is a part of a duplex which sits on the property with our wedding venue.
