Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.
