Vacation rentals with a patio in Barbat

The apartment was amazing, just like in the pictures: brand new furniture and impeccably clean. The kitchen and the bathroom were well-equipped (AC, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), and even hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags were provided. The apartment came with free parking and great options for family outdoor activities (playground, grill, sunbathing). The nearest beach was right next to the apartment (rocky beach, 1-minute walk away) with a long seaside sidewalk. Several other sandy beaches were also nearby. Getting groceries was convenient with smaller Tommy Markets and a large Plodine nearby. Additionally, there was a lovely restaurant called Koceta with delicious seafood and a reasonable price (note: table reservation is advised). The hosts were kind and helpful. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience for us, and we plan on returning in the future.

We were really warmly welcomed and despite different languages everything was directly understandable. We got a little briefing, got the key and then were able to arrive comfortably. My family and I felt really comfortable right from the start! Everything was impeccably clean and the bedding just smelled great! 😍 If we go to Croatia again, then definitely there again. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The center is nearby and the beach too, about 15 min walk. The apartment is nice, clean, and there's a big balcony with a shade so it's great to spend time even during the day. Ivica was answering fast, helped and was very friendly. We had a great vacation, thanks!

One of my best experience in my travels! The apartment was comfortable and clean. Flexible checkin, very comfortable beds and bedding, spotless clean apartment, friendly host! The apartment was near to everyting that we need: sporthall: 5 minute, supermarket half minute, sea and beaches 2-4 minutes, downtown on a beautiful walk on lungomare is 15 minutes. Thanks for your hospitality, professional manage and the super apartment!

It was really great and for two people it is really sufficient. We were there for a week and we had everything we needed. We received many recommendations & messages were always answered directly. It is modern and quietly furnished, small terrace, kitchen & bathroom. We thought it was perfect! We would book it again!

3 minutes to the beach by foot. End of September Krk felt like a secret escape haha Not good for local business but great for taking a active vacation. I traveled almost the whole island on a bike. 5 out of 6 days the weather was even good enough to swim in the ocean as well. 20-21 °C water temp. There is a nice bicycle lane between Krk and Punat but if you want to reach Baska you have to use the (steep) road. The road to Stara Baska was blocked by a big cow so I couldn't check that out. Overall a great place to visit again.

We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

We had a great vacation in this beautiful home. Everything was as in the photos and in the description. The pool was well heated, so it could still be used in October. There are beautiful beaches, places and restaurants nearby.

We had a great time this week in Kornič, Marko was impeccable, attentive to our every need and always ready to respond to our requests! We found a relaxed and relaxing environment, clean and quiet with all the comforts we expected. Pleasant surprises were the welcome drinks, a bag of grapes 🍇 from the garden found on the door when returning from the beach (also very welcome by our little girl) and a souvenir that Marko left us when we left for home! The kind of attention that makes a difference! We will definitely recommend it, and if we return to Krk on vacation we will gladly return here!

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

Beautiful house - new and stylish, perfectly furnished. Terrace on the roof with barbecue and the look of the sea - TOP. The beach is about 4-5 minutes. The host was super friendly and helpful, always available if needed. We'd love to come back.

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

A comfortable apartment with a fantastic view in a peaceful area. The owner and her daughter are very kind and accommodating. Our kids loved playing in their huge green garden, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, just admiring the view. The apartment inside is a bit old but very cozy and has everything one needs. The location is great for visiting both the seaside and the mountain lakes. We had a very relaxing time. Thanks for your hospitality and the muffins :)

It was an unforgettable vacation. The view from the apartment directly to the sea, this mild climate even in October, everything very special. We really enjoyed being in this small but nice apartment. The location is perfect and fantastically beautiful. There is a private parking space right in front of the house and private access to the sea via stairs, incomparable. The approach directly to the house is daring, but doable. Mosquitoes were still very annoying in October. There was no supermarket open at the time, better shopping in Labin. Restaurant was open and a pizzeria in the nearby campsite. Renata was very easy to reach and very helpful. The only negative thing to mention is that the description mentions a washing machine. At least there wasn't one with us. Otherwise everything was great and absolutely recommended. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

the best place to stay in novalja!!

Mira was fantastic. The apartment was thoroughly furnished and even had homemade dessert, water and fruit for me. Mira left tons of maps and literature. I stayed for a week, absolutely loved it. Quiet, with a wonderful garden overlooking the gulf. Quick walk from old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

For check-in and checkout we were welcomed by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with this stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja is one of the kindest hosts we have ever met. She was proactive from the start, and flexible with our arrival and departure times. We were greeted with wine and some local delicacies in the fridge, and she even gave us recommendations for sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed, and there is a large supermarket close to the apartment. It is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing.
