The building has a gym, sauna, 2 jacuzzis, steam bath, swimming pool, barbecue area, 2 elevators, and electric generator. The apartment is on the 9th floor which gives a spectacular view of the ocean and the city, it also has a cozy balcony that allows you to have a beautiful view, and is equipped with everything necessary for your stay.
