The place is exactly as advertised in the photos, the apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood of Manta, very quiet, there is no noise on the street, the building staff are very friendly and ready to help. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Pedro, as a host, was attentive from the moment we started our trip. He made very good recommendations, responded quickly to our messages, and we felt at home. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Juan's apartment is just like the pictures, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is an excellent host, he was always attentive. My family and I spent some incredible days there. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is just as advertised, you walk a few meters to the development's pier and you have a view of the sea and common areas. The 2nd night I was cold and I asked him to help me with a blanket and he solved it during the day. (I'm sensitive to the cold)

Excellent service from Mr. Luis and his staff, it is very conveniently located and you can even walk to the shopping mall and several areas. It has a laundry area which is a plus, and additional good general air conditioning. Recommended if you want to spend a few pleasant days in Manta.

A spacious room is presented with two beds, one larger and another smaller. Natural light enters through the large window adorned with horizontal blinds. A seating area with a single chair is visible next to the window, and neutral-colored walls complement the dark tile flooring.

Excellent stay... very nice ocean view and the social club facilities are very good... I really spent a time of rest and relaxation... I would gladly come back... Diego, who took care of us in everything, was very precise in the instructions and always attentive to any questions... in general everything was 10/10.

The house is inside a private development with security and a swimming pool. It is 10 minutes from the beaches of Manta and 5 minutes from those of Jaramijó. The house has a backyard ideal for children to play, and the outside streets are safe (there is not much vehicular traffic) There is a beautiful beach 1 minute away from the development, which I thought was wonderful. The house has all the amenities offered in the app. I would definitely be back with my family.

We loved the place, mainly the view, close to restaurants, the mall and they offer several services included in the price such as the use of the pool and jacuzzi. Communication was very quick, which helped us a lot on the trip, very good hosts.

I can't say enough good things about Pablo and his apartment. He is flexible and responsive, and the apartment is clean, well-appointed, well located, and has amazing views. It is the first place I try to book whenever I come to Manta, and it will continue to be every time I visit.
