Trekking routes start in the area and you can walk inside the property to a wonderful olive grove where you can see our olives being harvested in October.

The apartment is located between maremma pine forest and sea. The access to the Rocchette beach is in front of the house just 5 minutes by walk in the pine forest. You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). A very suitable place for someone who loves nature and silence

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

The house is located 40 feet from the waters of Punta delle Ripalte, the southernmost tip of the Elba island, very appreciated by divers due to its rich marine fauna! To reach the sea and dive from the rocks you simply need to walk down a brief trail.
