The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

The apartment is located between maremma pine forest and sea. The access to the Rocchette beach is in front of the house just 5 minutes by walk in the pine forest. You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
