The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

The chalet offers panoramic views of the peaks from all sides. In addition to the living room, whose bay windows give the impression of living in the landscape, the floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 closed) and a bathroom, all with large openings to multiply the points of view. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style as a common thread, in keeping with the dominant wood, left natural. The choice of shades and materials ensures a cocooning atmosphere.

FORT CHAUDON Independent apartment with garden in restored old fortification. Stunning views of the lake and mountain. St-Jean Montclar resort 3 km away, paragliding on site, beaches of Lake Serre Ponçon 5 km away. Inside, you will find all the modern comforts (television, equipped kitchen, washing machine); a large bed of 160 x 200 and 2 single beds. Outside and surrounding the garden: the fortification walls to the north and east, the view of the lake to the west (sunset!).

Bois Réotier Cottage

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Above the Embrun valley, close to hiking trails, the Les Orres and Reallon ski resorts, and the water activities offered by Lake Serre-Ponçon.

Apartment 7 to 9 beds (90 m2) in the quiet of the village of Les Orres... The entrance to this apartment is independent and you will have the full enjoyment of this cozy accommodation. Facing south, you can enjoy a large balcony on which there is a bay window that illuminates the entire apartment. Panoramic views of the Embrunais Mountains and Lake Serre Ponçon. We rent an apartment located in BARATIER on the first floor of a house. The apartment is 2.5 km from the Embrun lake and 13 km from Les Orres. We cannot accommodate stays of less than 2 nights. For a reservation of up to 2 people there is 1 bedroom available, from 3 to 4 people there are 2 bedrooms available and from 5 to 6 people there are 3 bedrooms.

Ground floor of south-facing chalet

New cottage bottom on one level in mountain village. In the apartment you will discover a pellet burner that will guarantee you warm evenings by the fire. With its "mountain" decoration combining fir and stone, you will have all the comforts you need. The beds are made and bath linens, linens provided. 3 km from the resort, free shuttles run (round trip) all day in the winter. You will enjoy the calm and nature.

You will appreciate THE SPLENDID VIEW, the comfort and simplicity of a bioclimatic wooden chalet, the proximity to Lake Serre-Ponçon, Lake St Apollinaire, the start of hikes in the Ecrins Park, the brightness... Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
