Chiara and Luigi were impeccable hosts. They were very friendly and communicated well. They met us at the flat and showed us how everything worked. The flat itself is really well situated, very clean, spacious, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. We also found the bed to be very comfortable. Thank you very much Chiara and Luigi.

The apartment was great for two couples. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen with eating area, and an additional sitting room. It was great to have a washer. The location is near via Toledo, the harbor and two metro stations. There are nearby grocery stores. Marina left us some wine, snacks and milk, which was nice. She also anticipated our arrival, met us and showed us around the apartment. Thank you, Marina.

Maria’s apartment was perfect for our 6 days of sightseeing in Naples, very close to good restaurants, shops and sights of interests. The apartment had what we needed for a short break and was very clean. Maria’s personal welcome was friendly and informative.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The comprehensive information folder explained where the local services could be found and we soon got to know the local area which always felt safe and friendly. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Centro Storica and sea front either by taking the steps or by catching the Funicular from the station a couple of minutes along the road. We usually walked down and caught the Funicular back up. Likewise, the Metro at Montesanto is close to the bottom of the steps and or one stop down on the Funicular. The location turned out to be excellent as it was nice to be quiet at the end of the day, away from the busy streets. Claudia was a great host, very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. She also helped organize transport from the Airport, which was a great help as our flight arrived quite late. Thoroughly recommended.

We appreciated the host leaving complimentary eggs, bread, tomatoes, fruit, coffee and water, which goes above and beyond many Airbnb hosts. The place was also very homely, and we occasionally cooked at home / ate on the spacious terrace. Also loved close proximity to the beach for early morning and late afternoon swims.

Quite simply perfect spot for a quiet luxurious stay on the beautiful island of Ischia we had a wonderful relaxing few days with excellent recommendations from out host. Would definitely recommend this exquisite apartment for a taste of la dolce vita. Would love to come back again…

The house in Forio was so lovely and exceeded our expectations! We were a group of seven. There was definitely enough space for all of us, particularly with the two bathrooms and terrace space. It was quite hot, so we were thankful for the air-conditioning in most rooms (the single bed room had a fan only). The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with cooking utensils. We had breakfast at home and cooked some dinners there, dining on the terrace was lovely. The house is also a 5-10 minute walk from many restaurants, cafes and the supermarket. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach and 10 mins to the port. Perfect location. We all had backpacks so the walk up to the house from the port through the small streets was very easy for us, might be a little harder with suitcases. Check in was easy and the hosts gave us all the information we needed. They were extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful. Thank you!

If I am fortunate to ever return to Capri there is no other place I will stay but Loredana’s. From the Grande Marina you take the funicular to the Piazzetta. From there it gets a bit tricky, but once you find the unit it is spectacular! NOTE: there are stairs, and it’s all uphill, so make sure you have the right shoes and do not overpack! The unit is even better in person. Bright and airy and VERY clean! The view from the patio is very interesting and beautiful! Getting around is easy - all by foot. The unit is close to the Via Krupp footpath; Giardini di Augusto; and the Certosa di San Giacomo, a 12th century monestary with perfect views of the Faraglioni. The hostess, Loredana was helpful and available for questions if needed. She is very kind too. I do hope I can visit again. Thank you Loredana!

Gianpiero was a great host and always available for our questions. Clean and well equipped apartment. The house was perfect in a great location. There was a place outside but no windows, this made it quite but without views.

The excellent location, easy to walk downtown and Piazzetta. We love the nearby market. We missed 1 bedroom with a larger double bed, the bed was small. Good walk to the beach, to get down is easy, difficult to climb..but there are buses.

Staying at Rita’s home was a great experience for me and my family, combining the opportunity to be in the heart of Napoli historical center, in an old building, in a high-end fancy renewed and decorated apartment.

BEST PLACE WE EVER EVER STAYED! Luca & his wife were wonderful. Super penthouse view. New or fairly new beds, good clean bath, kitchen everything. Metro & bus are close. Ask Luca to arrange parking, street is too full of parked cars & traffic. Can’t hear the traffic. We ate 4 times at Boccaccio Di Rosa, short walk, great food, big menu, moderate prices. Pizza next door SUPER for takeout. We are in our 70s so 84 steps to 5th floor with 200# of luggage was a task, so recognize your abilities. Take group tours, the bus & Metro as much as you can because Italian way of driving is a scary competition. Read up on earthquakes to avoid surprises. Learn toll system. Sometimes you take a ticket & pay at the end, sometimes you pay first. Or just “avoid tolls” on your GPS.

My husband and I stayed at Iljuik River Roberto's place. Location: Very close to the subway station, and Naples' major tourist attractions can be reached by subway line 1. I had a pleasant trip walking around the Bomero area. House: It's been modernly remodeled and is very tidy. It's well-equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Surrounding environment and restaurants: The surrounding area is very safe as it is a residential area, and there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. There are also many well-prepared supermarkets around, so there is no problem at all in cooking in the kitchen. Roberta: She is very kind, gives detailed information about Naples, and is more attentive and considerate than expected. Total Reviews: 100+ This is our second trip to Naples, and thanks to her, we enjoyed the warmth of Naples. Highly recommended.

Very large apartment, very well furnished . Air conditioning in all rooms . Large terrace perfect for dining and breakfast . Basically on the beach, the factory in front of Cap e Fierr is very kind and a first-class restaurant. Also very close to the services , with the bus you go everywhere . Vacation. Definitely above expectations , thank you !!

Luca’s apartment is within easy walking distance distance of the port, and is in an ideal location for a visit to Ischia. There is a beautiful view of the harbor out the front, and a lovely patio in back. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our stay of 4 days. Restaurants are everywhere on the street out front, and our favorite grocery store was a quick 6 minute walk. Luca was kind enough to help with our luggage and is a terrific host. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Ilaria's apartment for two days. We had a great time! A ten and praise to Ilaria for everything: impeccable cleanliness, friendliness, availability, flexibility of check-in/out, location of the accommodation. The owner also kindly allowed us to park the rented scooter inside without any problems. And the last treat, given our difficulty in reaching the port to store our luggage, Ilaria was kind enough to offer us a bus ticket. We'll definitely be back!

Very clean and wonderfully located home ! Beautiful balcony for morning coffee and evening wine and cheese. Yes, there are stairs, perhaps 80, but we were aware. Capri is a very hilly place . We were able to carry our luggage up but would suggest hiring a porter if your luggage is heavy. The location was perfect for us! Walked to town for dinner and headed in a different direction for hiking and site seeing. Also, perhaps 5-10 minute walk from funicular so that was perfect! Jess was an amazing host! Always responsive and offered great suggestions for restaurants and walking/hiking trails that we enjoyed. We were also able to check in early which was wonderful since we had hopped on an early ferry and needed a place to put our luggage. Also, checkout was the easiest I’ve ever had. Not a list of things to do just please put the keys back. OK, we can do that. ;) I would not hesitate to recommend Jess and her home for those visiting Capri.

Francesco greeted us with a smile and a helping hand up the one flight of outdoor stairs and the one flight of indoor stairs to his beautiful apartment. He, unlike other hosts, quickly accepted our last minute request to book when we realized we needed to cancel the first place we chose. He allowed us to enter even when his cleaners were quickly finishing up a last minute job for us. The apartment is on two floors - 2 BR & 2 BA on the first, and a fabulous open, light, colorful kitchen/salon upstairs with sliders to a large terrace with a table and loungers and beautiful panaromic view of the water and mountains - exactly what I had hoped for. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lacco Ameno is an underrated gem on Ischia. The perfect little peaceful seaside village with shops, restaurants and mildly bustling local scene day and night. Bus stop, thermal bath park and best gelateria very close. Highly recommended! A really nice destination for a romantic vacation for 2, the balcony is really right by the sea and the view from the bed is more beautiful than in the photos! Really wonderful!

Raffaela’s communication was excellent before & during our stay. Great location with lovely restaurants nearby & we enjoyed a daily dip, 5mins walk away at Spiaggia del Pescadora. Most importantly, this apartment was super clean which made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Luigi was an amazing host, he gave us list of great local recommendations and was very responsive making us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was extremely well located, near the city center but just off the main streets. The apartment was exactly as listed and had all the amenities. We would definitely recommend a stay at Luigi’s place!

Unfortunately, my stay at Nico's place was really short, just one night. But I know Procida very well and of such nice and well-maintained houses, there are few, spacious, clean and bright. In addition, the location is perfect, really comfortable, close to the port and the marina, restaurants, bars, everything you need at your fingertips. Nico is very kind and helpful, I hope to stay with him on many other occasions.
