Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Immerso nel verde, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.

For this senior female traveling solo Bruna's studio flat was perfect. Simple but super clean and very comfortable. It was very close to both Bagnoli train stations with great access to Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento, beautiful beachfront walks, a grocer, pharmacy, lovely cafes and small local shops to meet every need. I loved the super friendly neighbourhood. Bruna was the best host; kind, responsive and helpful in every way. She helped me find specific services I needed such as a printer, post office, women's clothing, and a haberdasher who hemmed my new pair of jeans perfectly. She kindly allowed me a late check out and arranged a transfer to my cruiseship. Lovely people and a great value; I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Ischia yet again!! I have stayed at Guiseppe’s apartment here twice now and it has been an amazing experience! The apartment is safe, clean, and offers a perfect view of the Ischia ocean. It is close to the beach, restaurants in town, and exploring Castello Aragonese ! Guiseppe is also a very kind host, responsive and amenable!! Neighbors are very nice and friendly too. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Unfortunately, my stay at Nico's place was really short, just one night. But I know Procida very well and of such nice and well-maintained houses, there are few, spacious, clean and bright. In addition, the location is perfect, really comfortable, close to the port and the marina, restaurants, bars, everything you need at your fingertips. Nico is very kind and helpful, I hope to stay with him on many other occasions.

Cincenzo's apartment is very well located: close to the beach, balcony with sea view. It is impeccably clean and perfectly equipped. Small touches were waiting for us: breakfast, bottles of sparkling wine. And our host, Vincenzo, is perfect: responsive, friendly, attentive.
