Condo vacation rentals in Barano d'Ischia

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

The apartment reflects the unique Procida style and features a beautiful balcony with a distant view of Terra Murata. It is well maintained, clean and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Guests can also enjoy the garden, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors. We loved spending time in the apartment. The location is excellent, everything is close by and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the port. Ms Sofia is extremely kind and helpful. She gave us precise directions, which made our stay on the island of Procida truly wonderful :)

Our stay at the Bacoli Sveva Luxury House was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The apartment was just as stunning as the photos, bright, clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in Bacoli is peaceful and charming, offering a more local and relaxed experience compared to the hustle of central Naples. What truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality of our hosts, Imma and Michele. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly communicative and helpful. Michele provided clear instructions for transportation, answered every question we had, and even shared a website full of local tips, activities, and restaurant recommendations. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated how organized and professional everything was.

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Agostino was an amazing host, he really went above and beyond and truly made our stay wonderful! He was super accommodating and friendly, bringing us breakfast croissants/orange juice every morning and bottled water throughout the day. The flat was clean and had good amenities (iron, AC, washing machine, espresso machine), and was only a short drive from the port or a walk away from the main streets. We would strongly recommend anyone visiting Ischia to stay at Agostino’s place!

I stayed in this beautiful apartment in Ischia porto for 10 days. It is clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need, as well as furnished with style. Not having a car available, the location is strategic both for getting around on foot in Ischia port and for visiting other places on the island, as the bus station is located near the port and therefore not far from the apartment. Despite being in the center, the area is quiet, but equipped with all services. It is pleasant to stroll through the streets of the center or the port and dine in some restaurant in the area. San Pietro beach is a stone's throw away. Mrs. Angela proved to be competent, precise and pleasantly welcomed us with fresh fruit and sparkling wine, as well as providing us with useful information for our stay. Mrs. Daniela was also very kind and helpful. Super recommended!

I stayed in Itala's accommodation for only 2 nights on the weekend of June 2. We had a great time. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos posted on the site. Perfectly clean and with everything you need for a longer vacation. The owner's responsiveness to messages sent is excellent and quick. The bus stop 7 is very convenient, 10 meters from the house. The fishermen's beach is 50 meters away. Really happy to have been able to stay with you. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful stay!First of all, the neighborhood is clean and safe, secondly Carla's house is beautiful and spacious, it is very suitable for two or more people to stay, finally, Mauro, the housekeeper is seriously responsible, we dropped our mobile phone in the room, also for us to keep it.All in all, thank you very much!

The appartment is beautifully renovated, clean and well equipped. Balcony is large providing views of the mountain and the sea. The master bedroom is spacious. The second single bedroom is 'compact'. The location is ideal. On the edge of the tourist zone we only met locals. A good supermarket 2 Min walk away and the bus station only 5 mins away. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly. If I come back to Capri I will stay here again.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Brando's apartment is just as advertised. It's in a nice area, well decorated, within walking distance of the subway and close to everything you need. Good restaurants, bars and market nearby. Brando was super friendly and always present. He gave us excellent recommendations I highlight this place!! Thank you very much Brando, we will surely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Clean and beautiful apartment with lovely views and close to the shops, restaurants and nice beach. Will be back again!

We had a great time at Roberto's place. He came to greet us and gave us instructions on the surroundings, he hosted us very well. The only downside is that the bathroom lacks air and ventilation so the night part (bathroom and adjoining room) was a little damp. But overall, I recommend this listing, which is steps from the metro station, which was very convenient.

Paco's residence is a hidden pearl. It's a very beautiful small resort with pools, a natural sauna, incredible view on the sunset, very green, a lot of palm trees, high on the mountain/vulcanoside. Comparing to what the look of the resort was, the room fell a bit out of tune and could have been better. Even though, it was comfortable and we would have loved to stay longer. We enjoyed, a lot.

Ischia is wonderful and should be visited at least once in a lifetime. We had a great time at Anna's house, which is furnished with taste and quality. Anna was very kind and provided us with everything we needed. Thank you Anna for your availability.

Excellent hospitality, my company and I felt at home thanks to Peppino, Rosa and the sweet dog Cesare, exquisite people and available for anything, Peppino was able to direct us to the best places to visit and was available for all our requests and above all a great company for a chat, I would gladly return.

The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and very close to the pier. The only downside but of size, the large ferries seem to have changed points of ammarage, just under the windows of the apartment, and remained engines rotating from 10PM to 8am, the two nights where we stayed, no luck. It was in fact, very noisy at night. For the rest, nothing to say, everything was perfect.

superb welcome from Lorenzo who helped us bring our luggage to the house. he also found us a crib and set up the terrace with a gate so that our one-year-old baby could not access the stairs. thank you so much for this great family stay in the house and around the pool we recommend +++

Rubina’s apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. With a beautifull terrace. Apartment it’s even bigger than it looks on the pictures. It is located in Uto-ring complex in Forio, that has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor, where I went for my morning swim. The sea with a beautiful beach it’s across the street, bus station near the entrance, the center with all the shops and restaurants 3 minutes away on foot. The host is nice and helpful and they really make sure you feel comfortable and have the best Ischia experience. I will definitely be back next year.

The apartment was great! I would highly recommend! Even if there is not much around on the other hand to go out we had a great stay!

Lovely apartment with a good sized balcony for sitting out in the evenings. very close to the centre of Forio and all the restaurants and very close to the beach. we had a great time there and the environment was peaceful, very much a place for relaxing. Filomena was very helpful and communicated with us from the day we booked and was very friendly. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a good stay. If we are returning to Ischia we would definitely stay again.
