Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Barano d'Ischia

We searched through lots of accommodation and this immediately stood out. The location is magical. The amenities, we like to have the option to shop locally and cook, to have an outside kitchen was just the best! A good looking apartment making great use of space. Opening the gate on entry, walking down steps carved out of the rock, turning a corner and finding yourself looking out to sea and the colourful facade is unforgettable. We never tired of it. We felt honoured to be living amongst it, unfortunately not for long enough.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Villa l'Ardita - "The Daring One" lives up to its name! This Airbnb offers an unforgettable adventure in Capri. The journey to the villa is challenging, with numerous stairs and switchbacks, but the payoff is absolutely worth it. You'll be rewarded with the most breathtaking view on the entire island, surpassing even Mt. Solaro. Mariarosaria, the host, is incredibly helpful and responsive. She provided detailed directions and multiple videos to guide us to the property. The villa itself is spacious, with ample outdoor areas and great privacy. While not suitable for those with mobility issues, Villa l'Ardita is perfect for adventurers seeking a unique experience and unparalleled vistas. The trek is demanding, but it's part of what makes your stay so special. If you're up for a bit of a climb and want to experience Capri from a truly spectacular vantage point, this is the place for you. The memories and photos will last a lifetime!

Fantastic place to stay in Naples with super hosts. Good selection of snacks and drinks provided. Great pizza place and trattoria within just a few minutes walk. If you’re there for 2 or 3 days it’s worth buying a Napoli Artecard - covers 3 museums and all city public transport- ( we found it useful to take screenshots before going down into the Metro where the signal was patchy). It was wonderful to return to such an oasis of calm after the bustle of the streets. Thank you Stefano and Laura

C’è poco da dire: da Sofia si sta benissimo. Se ami l’idea di avere un giardino privato appena fuori casa dove svaporare dopo una giornata di sole o una passeggiata alla scoperta degli angoli di questa piccola perla d’isola; se cerchi un posticino in cui sentirti a casa, ospitato da persone amichevoli e attente al dettaglio; se hai bisogno di tranquillità, di un frammento di mondo a pochi passi dal mare, da un’ottima pizza, da scorci mozzafiato… beh, questo è il posto che fa per te ;)

Beautifully furnished apartment, recently renovated with a beachy theme (oak furniture, floors & doors). Very clean and plenty of mod-cons. So close to the ferry (very handy if you have heavy bags!). Due to its central location it can be noisy. Close to shops & restaurants. Very comfortable stay and good communication from the host.

Four of my friends and I stayed here during October. The apartment has been very recently refurbished. The bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous while the kitchen is slightly small but definitely worth the price. The hosts are very responsive and respectful. Overall a great stay would highly recommend.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo prenotato per capodanno da Maria. Ci siamo sentite subito a casa poiché Maria ci ha accolto con un aperitivo buonissimo e del vino autoprodotto e non solo! Il mattino dopo ci ha augurato il buongiorno con cornetti e marmellata di arancia fatta da lei. Maria ed il marito sono stati sempre gentili e molto disponibili per qualsiasi informazione o richiesta. Vicino l'appartamento è possibile visitare terme, borghi storici e il centro di Forio a piedi o con l'autobus, la cui fermata si trova proprio sotto casa. Consigliamo assolutamente di soggiornare da lei 💓🌈 Grazie Maria

This apartment was excellent and I will would certainly stay there again next time in Naples. The balcony is fantastic with an amazing view and adds a unique aspect to this apartment that by itself makes it worthwhile. The neighborhood is wonderful, family oriented, safe, interesting, and close to both the upper heights of Naples as well as <10 minute walk to the historical center and numerous restaurants etc. The cable car (Funiculare) makes the climb up the hill easy if you have difficulty, but it is 5 minutes walking up and great exercise. The hosting is unique, the hosts live across the hall and made me feel right at home, and the son, Max, who officially manages it is extremely responsive and helpful. They even helped me find my next apartment nearby when I wanted to extend my stay but their apartment was reserved. The inside of the apartment is not spacious but sufficient for a couple, with plenty of space to organize clothing, which a lot of AirBnB's overlook.

The lift made our stay in this third floor with its magnificent views so easy. It’s very close to the very pretty main street where all the shops are open until late. Even though it was bad weather when we were there we really enjoyed it.

This was a fantastic little apartment in Vomero. A great area! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bakeries, great shopping and bars. Also walking distance to 2 funiculars, a taxi stand and the Metropolitana! There is a beautiful old staircase right next to the building that takes you down to the city. We walked down (a LOT of stairs) through the Spanish Quarter, the Maradonna memorial, famous churches and piazzas - had an authentic and amazing lunch and then walked to the funicular for a ride back up the mountain. The expansive view from the apartment was spectacular! to Sorrento and Capri! The host was great and provided us with restaurant and pizzeria recommendations that were very good. You can really just walk down to the busy downtown of Vomero and find so many options!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean, new and modern. We loved spending time on the balcony and watching the port down below. You can take the bus right there (not marked but just past the Supera market) to Capri town or the Marine below). You can also walk down to the port and take furnicular up to Capri town. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the place. It’s probably one of the best views of Capri. The home is located on the Marina Piccola side which is the best view on the island. You see all the multi million dollar yachts hanging out all day and night. At night it’s even more stunning. The house was very clean. The ac is extremely cold which we’ve been having problems around Italy with that but not here. It was perfect. The shower water pressure was so good and hot. They have everything you could need in the kitchen. The only thing that was hard was going up and down the stairs and walk way to get to it so if you’re not capable of dealing with that then this isn’t the place for you. I would deal with that 20 million times more just for the view itself. The host was also very easy to communicate with. We really didn’t need anything at all since the place was already well equipped with everything. Thank you so much to Michele. We will definitely be coming back to Capri and hopefully this home again.

We had a wonderful stay in Capri, and we’re so happy we chose to stay at Manuela’s place. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and has a stunning view of the harbour and surrounding hills. The spacious terrace is a true highlight — perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors with beautiful views. Manuela was incredibly kind and responsive right from the beginning, making communication easy and always available if we had any questions. Her mother, Angela the Chef, is also a delight — so warm and helpful. She came by immediately when we needed some assistance and made us feel completely at home. This place truly made our time in Capri even more special. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island — you’ll be in great hands with Manuela and Angela! 🌟

Annamaria and her husband were very welcoming to a part of their own home and allowed us to stay in a really great part of Napoli, and to have a great local experience. Lovely big space, comfy bed and great views from the balcony. Plus there are funiculars and a metro close by. Don't think twice, just book it!

The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the iconic, beautiful island castle. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot in Italy. We stayed an extra day because we were so happy with the spot and we Loved the Island. Gio was wonderful, very responsive with perfect recommendations. In a word, ischia, Gio and her B and B was delightful!!

4th time in Napoli...and i was so so lucky that i found this apartment.we are a family two children two adults..for us was the best .the apartment isnin a safe area ..it has two bedrooms in proper size with confortable matresses .two bathrooms new and clean..a perfect kitchen and a large living room...all clean..i liked the washine machine .so useful it was. AND ALL IN THE CENTRE.. a breath away is Via Toledo .from that spot you can go everywhere. you are on heart of Napoli..Dario' s information were so useful..and the most important thing was that he answered immediately and he was polite ..For sure i will come back .Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Giovanni's loft is very large and confortable, located in the hart of Naples shopping district, which is very busy but the apartment is at the 6th floor and therefore not noisy at all. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Great place to stay in Naples.

Alessandro e Martina sono persone squisite e gentili. Il loro appartamento è piccolo, ma comodo e funzionale per un breve soggiorno per due persone. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

O casa minunata, cu multa personalitate ! Casa lui Andrea va rămâne pentru totdeauna în sufletul nostru pentru: - priveliștea minunata către mare și împrejurimile, cu multă verdeață -terasa unde poți să te retragi după agitația din oraș, și simți liniște, calm, seninatate -curtea îngrijită, cu multe locuri de relaxare, deosebita din punct de vedere estetic - cate un obiect vechi, pe ici pe colo, bine întreținut ce păstra vie frumusețea altor vremuri - minunate surprize pentru noi -gresia și faianță din casa deosebite, mobila de lemn, bucătăria - opera de arta, și multe alte detalii construie cu multa grija - tot ce aveai nevoie că să te simți confortabil Parca ai fi fost într-un film vintage, însă cu tot confortul și toate dotările vieții moderne. Iar Andrea este un om dintr-o bucata, de mare ajutor daca ai nevoie, cult, serios, responsabil. O mare bucurie să îl cunoaștem și să stăm în casa lui. Mulțumim Andrea! Pentru data viitoare când o să mai venim, o să știm mai multa italiana!

Appartement au calme et bien placé. Très bonne communication avec Claudia, elle nous a même proposé d'appeler un taxi pour nous ramener à l'aéroport. Claudia est disponible et serviable. Simplement dommage pour la qualité et l'hygiène des équipements (grille pain rouillé, poêles abîmées, store de chambre volant) Nous avons quand même passé quatre nuits reposantes dans l'appartement 😊
