Family-friendly vacation rentals in Barano d'Ischia

We had a spectacular time at Alessandro’s apartment at Ischia Blu Resort. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has a spectacular view from every room. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back. The location is excellent - walking distance to the port and to Via Roma - the main strip in town. Alessandro helped us with restaurant selections for our family of 14 ( in multiple rooms), which were excellent and also helped us arrange a day on a private boat that took us around the island with a wonderful and accommodating captain. I can’t find the words to express how Alessandro and the staff made us feel at home in the most beautiful place. We had 2 bedrooms with King beds and a pullout sofa in the living room with 2 bathrooms. 6 of us were very comfortable. You don’t need to think twice to book this apartment - each apartment has a name and ours was Poseidon Mare - absolutely amazing! Grazie mille a tutti! È stato veramente un piacere. Alla prossima!

Great night in the Dome, Rita welcomed us, she is very considerate and kind. We enjoyed the spa and the view, the dome is clean and convenient, we are super happy to have stayed there!

We’ve stayed in many airbnb places but this one is a class above anywhere we’ve ever stayed before. For my part, if I want to return: that is the best indicator of what we think... I’d buy this villa if I could. We had a wonderful week on this magical island. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, peaceful and very well appointed with everything you could wish for. The views over the Bay of Naples to Ischia and Procida are stunning and the sunsets fabulous. Andrea was responsive, kind and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, help with shopping on our arrival and even has a taxi- driver that we could call upon if necessary. You will not regret booking up to stay here!

Maria and Enrico were very kind and welcoming. Their home provides a lovely view of Citara Beach.

Paco Residence is a beautiful hostel, the pools are fantastic and Paco is a wonderful, responsive and friendly host. I would highly recommend Paco Residence for anyone thinking of coming to Forio.

We loved this place! The location was perfect. The views were great. The beds were nice and fit 6 adults well. We also had Diego take us on a day trip to Almafi and we had an amazing day with him! He took us all over and was very friendly.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! One of the best Airbnb I ever stayed. If you come to Naples, forget about staying in the center of the city which is bit on dirty side and not as pleasant as other cities in Italy. This Airbnb is located in a beautiful & lively neighborhood which is convenient to shopping and transportation. Very Clean and modern apartment for up to 6 people. Sabrina who was very kind, professional and helpful which made our impression of Naples extra positive. She filled the fridge with essentials such as bottles of water, yogurt and variety of juices and milk even she left us bags of cookies and candies. Washer and Dryer worked great even Heater as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this Airbnb to my friends. Two Thumbs up : ) My recommendation for Pizza in the neighborhood is Pizzeria Sandropizzettata Via Francesco Solimena, 72. Their Saporita pizza and local Naples beer were fantastic.

Stayed very well. Maria's explanations were very clear. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. The little harbor next door is very cute!

A beautiful apartment in the enchanting place Anacapri. We did a lot and explored the numerous beautiful corners of the island and totally enjoyed every day. The apartment is well equipped, centrally located and pleasantly quiet. Bianca is extremely friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The comprehensive information folder explained where the local services could be found and we soon got to know the local area which always felt safe and friendly. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Centro Storica and sea front either by taking the steps or by catching the Funicular from the station a couple of minutes along the road. We usually walked down and caught the Funicular back up. Likewise, the Metro at Montesanto is close to the bottom of the steps and or one stop down on the Funicular. The location turned out to be excellent as it was nice to be quiet at the end of the day, away from the busy streets. Claudia was a great host, very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. She also helped organize transport from the Airport, which was a great help as our flight arrived quite late. Thoroughly recommended.

Elena is the nicest person you could ever hope to meet, and her place is a paradise, especially its large terrace. You won't find a better place from which to enjoy Napoli, and the price is very good value as well.

The outdoor space and the view over the bay are really fantastic and worth a booking. The location is easy to find, but difficult to drive by steep entrance right next to the bend at busy road. No place to frequently drive in and out during your stay. So do your shopping in advance. Furthermore, excellent public transport is within walking distance. Within sufficient facilities but a bit dated. Lovely king size bed. Marco is very accommodating and friendly.

We spent fantastic days both for the comforts that the villa offered us, both for the hospitality of Mrs. Gabriella, and for the attention of the sweet Mrs. Maria who gave us so much attention, and for the wonderful sunny days that made our vacation special and unforgettable. Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

Very nice and clean apartment in a good location close to bus, shopping and restaurants and bars (though a little quiet in the month of October). Quick and helpful communication from Roberto - we were very happy with our stay

We loved this house and the space we had - we were only 2. I loved to wake up, take a coffee and walk around on the ground and look at the views. The pool is very nice, too. We slept very well and it was super quiet. We would come again!

We had a great time despite the fickle weather. Francesco welcomed us very warmly and informed us of all the places to visit. He was super and caring. We went to Ischia the week before Easter and so the property was still in preparation for the season and the pool was closed because the water was too cold for the period. The apartment offers a beautiful view on the port of Ischia and met our expectations. Just like the really beautiful communal terrace and offering a great view of Ischia. Small downside however, it would really be necessary to renovate the showers and especially the knobs. There was no pressure and when you are five people, it's a bit complicated and long. Similarly, a little more supply in the kitchen would be welcome like tea towels for example.

very nice villa with an amazing view of Ischia and the surrounding islands. super nice pool. very spacious and relatively well arranged villa. giovangiuseppe welcomed us, advised and even offered breakfast. we highly recommend the house although it is quite expensive
