Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. A/C (living room), full bath w/shower, cable, TV, small dining area. Guests can enjoy our new communal outdoor kitchen—with a grill, Blackstone griddle, air fryer, hot plate. Please note that the hot tub and shared indoor amenities are no longer available.

This bright and very comfortable studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. Park your car and walk to all the downtown businesses and restaurants or hop a ride on the free Island Explorer bus to explore the rest of Mt. Desert Island.
