Diese im Januar 2025 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung bietet mit 2 Schlafzimmern in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage den idealen Ausgangspunkt für deinen Aufenthalt. Eine Terrasse und WLAN machen den Komfort perfekt. Parken kannst du direkt vor der Tür. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Der Lewitzradweg am Störkanal bis nach Schwerin liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Entgegengesetzt geht es direkt in die wunderschöne Natur der Lewitz. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Schwerin, direkt an einem Badesee gelegen. Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem unter denkmalschutz stehendem Fachwerkhaus mit altem Baumbestand und 15000m² großer Garten und Hofanlage. Beide Wohnungen haben einen separaten Eingang. Die Lage ist optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge geeignet jedoch nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Es gibt kein Wlan! Dafür aber ein sehr gutes D2 Mobilfunknetz. Maximal 2 Personen!Keine Tiere mitbringen

Von der Wohnung bis zur naechsten Bademoeglichkeit im Schweriner See braucht ihr 3 Minuten zu Fuss... zum Schloss gelangt ihr auf einem schoenen Uferweg in 20 Minuten und die Innenstadt ist nicht mehr viel weiter. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und schoen... es gibt einen kleinen Wald in 3 Minuten Laufentfernung. Die Wohnung ist behaglich und geraeumig (120 qm) ... es gibt noch ein zweites WC ( ohne Abb.), Ihr habt eine Terasse und koennt im Garten grillen. Heizung/Warmwasser sind garantiert.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Muess, einem sehr ruhigen südl.Stadtteil von Schwerin. In die Stadt gelangt man in 15 Autominuten. Der Weg zu Supermarkt, Fischerei, Museum beträgt je ca. 10 Fußminuten. In 20 Fußminuten bist Du an den schönsten Badestellen Schwerins: am Reppin oder Zippendorfer Strand. Die Bushaltestelle /Autobahnabfahrt Schwerin sind ca. 10 min entfernt.

Unsere Einliegerwohnung ist 30qm groß, hat ein gemütliches, großes Zimmer mit Kamin, ein kleines Bad und eine kleine Küche, Sie liegt 300m vom schönen Zippendorfer Strand entfernt und verfügt über einen seperaten Eingang. Eine Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich vor der Tür, aber bitte so parken, dass wir mit dem Fahrrad noch vorbeikommen! Der Garten kann genutzt werden.
