The service received from Mrs. Rocío was really nice. They took care of us and pampered us, allowing us to tour the garden and harvest avocados. We would recommend that everyone go and we will return on a future visit

Fantastic place for your stay in Baños. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, the place is a great option. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. Eduardo was a great and welcoming host; he provided clear instructions for us to easily find his place. I highly recommend it.

The place was easy to find and to retrieve the keys. The parking it’s not Anita’s but a third party. I feel that the parking fee it’s too high considering that you need to call for the door to be opened even during the day. However, that is not an Anita’s issue. The apartment was clean and very open and spacious. We had issues with the hot water, but the next morning discovered that the gas tank had ran out and needed to be switched with the new one. Host could’ve checked on it prior to our arrival. We could gotten a nice hot water shower instead of spending one hour trying to figure out why there was no hot water. Otherwise, the place it’s perfect and right in the middle of downtown Baños. We walked everywhere. Bad thing was that we got to the place almost at midnight and ran to check out next morning by 11am, which is checkout time. Specially considering that we spent some time trying to figure out the hot water issue. Perfect place to stay with friends-family. Will return!

Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back. Everything is very clean, and when I say everything I mean all the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms and even the space that corresponds to the property. The host is 100% helpful.

Nice place In the center of Baños, you have a few steps away EVERYTHING! Shops, Restaurants, Banks, Nightclubs. The parking lot is 3 blocks away, not uncomfortable the truth, the area is safe, in front you have the market and next to it is a police station. In the Accommodation there are 2 bedrooms, in one of them the bed is 1 1/2 as shown in the listing, so I would believe that the accommodation for 3 people would be fine, we were 4 and if it was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep two people in a square and a half bed. Outside of that, 100% recommended the place.

One of the best homes we've ever had. it feels like home. Alex and his sister are super welcoming, they speak English, French and Spanish. Everything is clean, there is nothing lacking. We totally recommend, if we come back to Riobamba, we'll go back to Alex's place. The best!!!

The suite was exactly the same as the photos, it was also very tidy and clean upon our arrival. Tania was very kind, she was attentive to us and communication with her was always easy. The suite is located in a quiet and safe place.
