Sehr nette Frau gibt dir sehr gute Vorschläge was man in Venedig machen kann. Als wir angekommen sind ist adelina raus gekommen und bisschen geredet und noch mal alles ausführlicher erklärt 🥰 kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!!!! Man braucht nicht zögern :))

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

E' la seconda volta che recensisco l'alloggio di Giuliana. E' una vera e propria casa, spaziosa, confortevole e anche calda se ci andate in inverno ;) Si arriva al mare o ai negozi in pochi minuti, ma la location e' verde e tranquilla. Giuliana e' una host perfetta, e noi consigliamo il suo alloggio a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di totale relax a Caorle con la famiglia o gli amici.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für ein bis zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Man findet alles was man braucht und der „eigene“ Freisitz vor der Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend zum frühstücken oder für abendliches gemütliches beisammen sitzen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. :)

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gut eingewiesen. Vom Haus aus kann man schnell in den Ort zu Fuß gehen und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage selber ist sehr ruhig gelegen 👍 Alles war so wie es auf den Bildern war, das einzige was wir anregen würden, ist ein Schattenplatz vor dem Wohnzimmer mit Pflanzen, da die Sonnenschirme tagsüber nicht wirklich helfen.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. Super responsive, helpful with travel info and left all sorts of treats to welcome us. The location was perfect. Quiet evenings for good sleeping & easy to get to everything. The apartment is fully equipped and quite comfortable. Showers work very well and beds were super comfortable. Many thanks for a great stay!

Perfekte Lage zum Strand, eigener Strand, LiegeStühle immer verfügbar, schöner großer Pool, Liegestühle immer verfügbar, ruhige Lage, alles sauber, gute Tipps für Ausflüge (Venedig), leckere Produkte (Saucen für Pasta, Wein und Olivenöl). Tägliche Reinigung der Wohnung und täglich frische Handtücher bei Bedarf. Aus unserer Sicht völlig gerechtfertigte Preis-Leistung. Wir würden sofort wieder hingehen. Vielen Dank.

This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!
