Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Newly converted stone farm building to a very high standard, with underfloor heating, triple glazing and a fabulous kitchen. 2 king bed en-suite bedrooms with an open plan ground floor. Rates discounted 20% due to external landscaping work on the farm, though this is not intrusive. Inside it is immaculate.
