Amazing sea view apartment

Our 3 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive. Enjoy your experience in Istria.

The apartment is located 5 minute walk from beautiful beaches, it has a shared fireplace in the yard and lovely balcony looking on an organic garden! The house corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. It was very clean and everything we brought was available. The pool and small playground were perfect for our kids, especially because you can see everything from the terrace. The host was always available and quick to respond if we had any questions and needed anything. The surroundings are very green and it has a lot of nature. Unfortunately, we did not have a view of the bay as the trees on the neighboring property are too high. Overall, I can definitely recommend this place if you want to have a cozy family vacation!

We spent 1 week in this beautiful place and hope to be able to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can be easily reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything matched the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find one or two turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We enjoyed it very much!

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the area, eating at great restaurants, having drinks by the sea, relaxing, or just going to the market for snacks. I’d definitely stay here again! The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and eating in, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the marina, and a working a/c. One night, I took my drink outside and sat on the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Here, you can be as active or relaxed as you like. I will note for all who go to Red Island, take cash! They only take cash on the island for water sport rentals. If you use a lounge chair, it’s likely a person from the hotel will come and collect 10€. 👍🏻 anyhoo - great apartment, Milica! You have a gem. Grazie mille! Ci vediamo (spero).

Great stay with Rudolf in Rovinj. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures and nicely and functionally furnished. Rudolf would be super nice. Unfortunately, we had bad weather at first and on the last day it was sunny again. Rudi was so friendly and extended our check out times so we could enjoy the weather and Rovinj even better. Thanks for that Rudi!! We'd love to come back!

We had a beautiful and relaxing week exploring lovely Rovinj. The apartment was comfortable and very central. We went for walks every day - always seeing something new - and never needed to drive anywhere. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and very thoughtful about our comfort. We had a fantastic 9-day stay at Boba's little paradise in Peroj. The highlight for us was how pet-friendly the place is - our three dogs had the whole yard to run around in, and the nearby dog-friendly beach was a huge plus. It's not easy to find such welcoming accommodations for pets, so we truly appreciated it. Boba and her family were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even treating us to some delicious local food and drink. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Boba's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway.
