Vacation rentals in Banjole

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We had a wonderful time in the appartment which was super clean, well equipped and we really loved the garden and the pool infront of the little house. The Location is perfect to go for a trip to kap kamenjak, pula and a lot of nice beaches. Josip and the Family was super kind, always available and provided a lot of recommendations to us. We will definitely come back and enjoyed it a lot.

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Sandra and her family were amazing, as was our stay. Flexible check-in (and checkout!) and very friendly. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house after only just meeting them. Welcome snacks and drinks were very thoughtful, as was access to laundry and the bikes. The location is great; walkable to a great local restaurant and only few minutes drive to even more....with water front views. There are so many amazing places in the area to check out. And the jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after each day exploring. I can't say enough great things about Sandra, her place and our experience. Hands down, 5-stars! :) Thank you!!

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

Everything was great!

We had a great stay and would fully recommend it. The house was just like the pictures, and spotlessly clean. The pool is very well maintained, but very cold in April! The house is really well stock with kitchen equipment/cutlery/crockery and we appreciated the fruit and biscuits left for our arrival. It’s a very short drive into Pula, which is full of cafes/restaurants/tourist spots. The hosts were very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening.
