Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.
