This is the second apartment I have rented in this residence and from this host who is very helpful and responsive. Communication was very smooth and he was always available to answer our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful well-maintained residence and equipped with a gym, children's play areas, sauna, jacuzzi and 2 pools including an infinity pool with a great view of the Merdeka tower. The residence is close to KL's attractions (by transport) and small convenience stores and restaurants are just downstairs. Great place to stay in KL in a very clean and spacious apartment within this residence which is very quiet.

We all loved our stay! Super comfortable place and perfect for a relaxing family staycation. Mum really enjoyed it. Host was very responsive too. Highly recommended!

Overall, had an excellent stay. The apartment offers fantastic value, a superb location, and the host was very responsive to inquiries. However, the check-in process, particularly coordinating airport arrival and key pickup, could be improved to minimize wait times for guests.

I recommend King's apartment to anyone looking for an affordable accomodation in KL. In reality the apartment is even better than on pictures. The place was spotless, with everything you may need for longer stays (e.g. wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a terrace on 42th floor with very good view at Merdeka 118 and in a distance you will be able to see Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as well. The view is especially good at night, when city is illuminated.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is incredibly spacious and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view from both the balcony and the bedroom — we found ourselves just lying in bed and enjoying the stunning cityscape. The location is perfect, with excellent public transport connections and a shopping center right next door that made everything super convenient. The building itself is modern and offers great amenities, including several pools and a well-equipped gym, which we really appreciated. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in/check-out was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended — we’d love to stay here again!

The price was a bit pricey but it’s worth it was a successful event ..

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephen's place in KL. The location is perfect, walkable to any kind of food you might want to try, to the malls, etc. The building is well equipped with a pool, gym and other amenities. The apartment feels like a proper home, which we enjoyed. Aside from some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was very good. Chitra the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful all along. Stephen responds very fast to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 months and had an issue with the freezer/fridge but it was resolved very promptly. Unfortunately there was construction in the building for 1 entire month which we would have liked to know in advance but sadly it was a surprise, in the end they were only very loud for a handful of days and the rest was tolerable. We would definitely stay at Stephen's place again when back in KL.

Stayed for a month at this place, there’s a monthly discount which gave us a great deal. Would recommend.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. We will definitely return again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

This apartment was perfect for a long stay. The location is great as it is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and is attached to the Publika mall which has a big grocery store. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and the building has a small gym that I was able to use. Ehsan as a host was very communicative and responsive. He answered all questions I had quickly, and when the wifi wasn't working he had it fixed within a few hours and also offered to set up a free apartment cleaning to make up for it (which was helpful since I was there 3 weeks). The downside is that this place is far from most of the tourist attractions so if you want a place that's walkable to all the tourist places, or to use public transport, then it's best to stay more central. But if you're there a long time, or don't mind using Grab everywhere (which is relatively cheap compared to other countries), then, like me, you won't mind the distance.

I had a fantastic stay. The location was incredibly convenient—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The space was beautifully decorated and looked exactly like the photos and description, which was a pleasant reassurance. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also amazing—very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

This was the most lovingly appointed AirBNB house I've been to. Mind blowing attention to detail. Better than photos suggest. Lots and lots of goodies at home for guests. Beautiful furniture, cutlery, state-of-the-art appliances, and, most importantly, a very warm and positive vibe that makes you feel at home. The stunning city view is just an addition. Rachel is a very caring host, full of positive energy and hospitality. Not only was she super thorough in her instructions, but also friendly and welcoming. She offered me an early check-in, (which I really needed) and also a late check-out very generously. I could tell this is not just a business for her, but she's naturally a caring host and finds satisfaction in the happiness of her guests. The house is in a safe yet vibrant building with a must-visit SkyDeck. Kuala Lumpur is a beautiful city, but Rachel's home made it truly memorable for me. If I ever revisit KL, this is where I will stay for sure.

We stayed here for 3 weeks with a 3 yr and 1 yr old. It was a clean spacious apartment conveniently located near stores and the monorail and a short drive from many parks and attractions. Winnie was a very responsive host and arranged for cleaning during our stay as well. The building amenities were also nice with a great view, especially the infinite pool of Merdeka tower and stadium. She was especially considerate of the children's needs, providing a baby cot, baby bath, and even bottle warmer and a lot of toys and books!

The host was exceptional, very responsive, friendly and respectful. The place was spotless, well decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. They even offering some great local recommendations for food and activities.

Tony was super responsive and helpful. We were landing at 6am so I bought the room for the night before so we could check in right away and get some rest . Tony met us at 730am to let us in the apartment.
