The property is only accessible by 2 sets of stairs so is unsuitable for individuals with mobility issues. You have private access and the building is fully alarmed

Ty Nain Bangor (walk to uni; drive to mountains)

Ty Nain is a bright holiday home close to the University, shops and restaurants in Bangor. The house boasts a sea view over Hirael Bay and the Pier is a short stroll away. There is a bus stop near the property and the railway station is a 15 minute walk, so a car is not essential. Local attractions include Zip World, Snowdonia, Anglesey beaches and coastal paths, local castles (Caernarfon/Penrhyn), Greenwood Forest Park, Welsh Mountain Zoo, and Pili Palas for family fun.
