Great place, great price, great people

We spent 3 lovely nights at John's property. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. John has prepared a fresh Wheaten loaf for our arrival, which was a lovely touch (and delicious). We immediately felt at home and relaxed. My wife and I loved the view across the Quay to the Mournes. Our dog loved the nearby walking and swimming. In the end, we were sorry to be leaving. Highly recommend.

This was our third stay and we love everything about the apartment from the stunning views to the well equipped and comfortable interior . Thoroughly recommend!

Excellent value for money in ideal location. Dylan was very attentive and helped us have a really pleasant stay. The apartment is very cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend to stay here and make sure you go next door to Grace Neil’s , great music and craic.

The flat is perfect and contains everything you need. It is furnished very well, the kitchen and bathroom are finished to a very high standard and has an excellent shower. Airfryer, fridge, toaster, kettle, are provided, Use of a washing machine and dryer are available. Bed is incredibly comfy, high quality bedding and plenty of pillows. All the little things are provided... tea, coffee, cooking essentials, showering essentials, even a full fruit bowl. Sam is very helpful and always around to help. We had a power cut during my stay, and Sam was incredibly kind and offered me breakfast and many cups of tea. Absolutely would recommend, and would definitely stay again. Thanks Sam & Saul

Visiting family in Bangor, this was a lovely last minute find. Very homely, clean and an amazing location- only 5 minute walk to the train station, and the marina. I’m a young female, staying on my own and felt completely safe. Really liked that there was an airfryer, and the garden was beautiful to sit out and drink my morning coffee. Thankyou

Mollie's place was amazing. There was a view to the Ocean and you could actually walk from the backyard to the beach side within a minute. Frankly, I have started playing the Lottery, because that is the only way I can afford such a beautiful place. I will be back.....

Pauline and Tony were exceptional hosts. They made me feel very at home and advised me on locating the property very clearly. My accommodation was second to none: super clean and with plenty of facilities to cook if required. Ample coffee,teas (even an air fryer)and breakfast foods to get fuelled up for the day. The location was perfect; 20 min walk into the lively little town,but far enough to instill a lovely sense of peace and tranquility. The mountains ,parks and coastal areas are all accessible on foot for those without transport (me).The views from the outside sitting area of the property are stunning. My nearest neighbours were the super cute donkeys. And last but not least ,Milo the dog, who is an absolute sweetheart who often popped round for a stroke then toddle off again. All in all I had a great stay at Pauline and Tony's place and would rank it highly.

We were a group of 5 friends and there was plenty of room for us all. Lovely open planned living room and kitchen with panoramic views, comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. John was extremely helpful and friendly in his response to messages. We had a wonderful night away and would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Cosy Grove, the location was fantastic close to great shops, pub and beach. I would recommend this air b and b I hope to return .

We have stayed once before and really love JF’s place for the fantastic location, stylish layout and comfort. It’s close to both beach and a playground and Sabrina and her mum made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return!

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this amazing house, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is stunning, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep effortless. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for the kids to play both indoors and outdoors, ensuring they were entertained throughout our stay. The strong internet connection was another great perk that kept the kids happy and connected. To top it all off, the breathtaking view of the sea was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. A perfect stop in the heart of strangford. We loved staying at Kate’s beautiful home. The location was amazing, a walk across the road to some of the lovely restaurants and the perfect base for exploring some of the local national trust properties. We would love to return. Thank you so much

We really had a great week at Ryan's place. The location is great, right next to the beach. The flat was immaculate. Having stayed in quite a few rental properties over the years, Ryan's is just about the best, with many amenities that make you feel like you are in your own home - for example lots of hooks for organising clothing, towels etc., sharp kitchen knives, a big box of dishwasher tablets rather than a ration of 1 tablet per day. We would definitely stay again.

This is our third stay here nad it never disappoints. Apartment is spotless, comfortable and has such a wonderful view. All the amenities we needed for our short stay here. Peter is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

We spent 4 nights at David's house. It was perfect for our toddler with the washing machine, hoover and having netflix on the tv. The village was very friendly and welcoming with everyone stopping to chat to us. I am always worried travelling with kids that the property will be cold, but it was very warm and cosy! The aquarium in Portaferry is a must! Really enjoyable few days and the view from the apartment is amazing!

We loved Sarah's little cosy cottage. Very clean and all you need is there. Perfect place for a couple. Good base to visit the many surrounding places of interest.
