Excellent place, also for long term. You won't find anything this good for this price in the Bangkok area. Also, Pak is an extremely helpful and super fast responding host. Clean room with all essentials. Especially appreciated the desk and good desk chair (better than picture). Essential cutlery is provided. Washing machine right outside (30 baht in 10 baht coins, exchange downstairs if needed). Location is near multiple large malls and many shops / cafes. Easy to find with Grab, but a bit far from BTS/MRT. An hour to the center at least. Use this place if you already saw the city before or want to experience local life. Nonthaburi doesn't have many tourists. If I had to give some minor remarks (that really aren't an issue at this price point): - Bathroom can get really hot as it's directly connected to outside / airco exhaust. This is manageable tho - Even tho I was very careful with food, I did have some ants come through door cracks - You will hear some neighbor noise

Best host we had during our trip to Asia. Will definitely stay again when we are in Bangkok again. The apartment is clean, tidy, beautiful view from the window.

Our stay here was pleasant! It was about 20 min to old city. Baimon was extremely helpful and she was able to set up some of our tours. Place was very nice and comfortable!
