Vacation rentals with beach access in Bang Sare

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

Not having visited Pattaya before, I was unaware of just how centrally located this accommodation was. I HIGHLY recommend to anybody without children.

it's my first 4th visit to thailand but this private room is my best so far,nice location ,clean,private POOL😙 ,staff always respond quickly. por and Kate are superb host ,ready to help ,,If you need something they will help you at ease....THANKS....

5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Lovely condo in Pattaya. Really clean, modern building and apartment right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and very near the beach. Rooftop pool and gym were great. Host was super responsive and wonderful!

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The assistant is also very cute and kind, the instructions and introductions are very complete, and the housekeeper and host respond very quickly. Everyone was very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time.

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Flexible check in we were a bit early and host have it all ready for the time we were arriving, nice comfortable and lots of room for whole family get together , great secure gate community , we will be back again thank you so much for looking after us

The house is really great, we loved it! In fact there were 2 houses we could live in. Pool, sauna and outdoor shower also nice. But you need a car to live there. Taxis are cheap, but in evenings not always available.

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

Enjoyed the stay overall. Good, lively location at the harbor/temple, sometimes a little louder. Provided bikes are rather poor.

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

Great condo, wonderful apartment and responsive hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds with the description, in terms of furnishings - even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, a rice cooker, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron, hair straightener; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, a laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little far away, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage parlors nearby, 7/11 is a 10-minute walk As a disadvantage, there are ants in the apartment Nuke is constantly in touch, responds quickly, tries to help. Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

Great location (close to Central Mall, and equidistant to other interesting places), great quality and clean, I would go again.
