We rented this villa for a whole month. It was perfect. Quiet location with lots of stores within 2 minutes walk. Very, very friendly neighbors and staff who look after the residences. And finally Tom is very responsive, kind and always available with his guests. You can book with peace of mind. 🙏

Without a doubt, The Palm is the best condominium in the area. We have been here for the past 3 years and enjoyed each time. Rattana was an excellent host with great communication both before and during our stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple with a great view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was first class. There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our stay for next year. Once again, I cannot overstate how helpful Rattana has been during our stay. Highly recommended.

When I arrived at the condo, everything was ready for me. The security of the building was aware of my stay had the keys ready for me , check went perfectly. The building and the condo are in immaculate condition. They provided anything I needed immediately. Amenities in the building are quite relaxing. Clean and suburb.. The actual condo was in pristine condition. The host was quick and available to help me with any of my needs. The bathroom the bedroom, the TV the balcony, the couches the floors everything was extremely clean and ready for me to enjoy for the entire five months stay. I will definitely stay in this building in this condo along with this host again. I would recommend this place for any foreigners or locals who wish to enjoy a great vacation near the beach with good restaurants and great people all around .

The view was amazing in the morning, afternoon and evening. I was surprised that ACE spoke Japanese well. The room was very cozy. The shower had very strong pressure. There was plenty of storage space. The room was spacious enough. The room key was password protected which was convenient. The security guard was also very kind. There were no problems with the room, so I didn't have to contact the host. It's really close to the beach so you can go there often. The view from the pool on the top floor was amazing. I wanted to book my next stay in Pattaya, but all the rooms were booked. Too bad. I would like to stay again this year. It was a really nice stay. Thank you very much.
